when it comes to "third eye" and bipolar trigers, there are some other factors which i have to mention. Triggers can be hidden in any aspect of society that is conected and related to suffering, corruption, disharmony, misery, manipulations, dominant animalistic human behaviours and simmilar

I am amazed by this insight. I have started to follow waking up the same time each day, but it can be hard because sometimes I wake up too early and can't go back to sleep. Are there things I can take to sleep longer beyond sleeping pills which are way too strong. I have heard 5-htp can help. Anyways thanks for the insight and research very grateful. I take hot showers before bed and read or listen to soft music but still have this problem from time to time.

I plan to watch master your sleep by Andrew Huberman, I know early morning light helps and have been walking the dog each morning. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJ6UhauHn558qbM

Hi! I have Bipolar II and 5HTP gave me a prolonged hypomanic episode followed by a plummet into a profound depressive episode. I'm not saying don't take it, I just want you to know the possibility.

@@JH-kw8zy Thanks, I didn't end up taking it. Getting light in the morning seems to be the best for me. I would have to check with my psychiatrist before taking it anyways, but thanks.

What about those of us living in circumpolar regions? I have 6 hours of daylight in winter and 24 in summer. I can keep trying to keep a consistent schedule, but that's really out of touch with my environment. The answer can't be to move down south.

I know light therapy during the months with less sunlight and light blocking curtains and a sleep mask might help. Sometimes the best we can do is give your body the illusion. Either way, the routine is still important. Best of luck to both of us!

What about being on lithium,I don't find it helps much, I'm seeing stuff about magic mushrooms regarding helping depression, I might give it a try, I see they are using psychedelics trials in bipolar depression etc, has anyone tried
