As someone with really bad lactose intolerance, and whose body is used to normally eating healthy food all the time, I am extremely grateful for Little Caesar's, as it is the only fast food pizza in existance that doesn't make me feel like two colonies of fire ants fighting WWIII in my guts. This is mostly due to the Muenster-Mozzarella cheese blend they use, as it has very little lactose. Little Caesar's has always been there for me, whenever me and the boys wanted a cheap weekend in the barracks watching King of the Hill with pizza and PBR. Also, that garlic sauce tho ;)

Little Caesars employee insider knowledge: At under-staffed locations, we ">:(" at our customers for ordering more than 5 pizzas, or ordering more than 2 stuffed crusts, and/or ordering any batmans during rush hours. Our locations are scored by Online Order times. Late orders can lead to the manager losing a massive bonus on their salary. We HAVE TO prioritize online orders, they can never be late. But here's the kicker. No matter how many pizzas are ordered. No matter how many people have placed orders. Online Orders have the same exact time limit. So just imagine this: 18 pizzas popup from 7 different people in a dinner rush for online orders all at once. And every single order has a timer of 30 minutes :) If even half of those pizzas are custom or special, the cook is done for. 18 pizzas in 30 minutes is asking for each pizza to get made in around 1 and a half minutes each. If their all classic pepperonis, its tough but no big deal to the experienced. When their all supremes, batmans and stuffed crusts? The desire to quit on the spot is strong. We especially don't like batmans. We have to pull out multiple special ingredients that take up half our counter-space, grab multiple tools, and use a poorly made shape cutter that doesn't actually fit inside our pans so we have to cut it out by hand each time. A batman can take 2-4 minutes to make if you include the time it takes to prepare to make it. If another one is ordered after the ingredients and tools were put away, it adds up to delays of up to 8 minutes to have both of those pizzas done before we can make anyone elses orders. Every batman ups that time. Its faster to make them all at once, but isn't always an option when their scattered across multiple orders that need to go one before the other with the clock ticking. This is all of course at worst when understaffed as mentioned. Corporate(district managers to be exact, whom look over multiple stores at once) in many areas want to hire at minimum wage, even while gas prices and living are at all time highs. Many mangers of locations are in a constant fight against their district managers to be allowed to pay their employees enough money to keep them from quitting for better pay. Many managers are often working 50-70 hour work weeks for no extra pay due to salary. From open till close, double shifts every day. I say many, but this might not mean majority. There are also many locations that are perfectly fine, but its not all of them. My location for one is familiar with having only 2 people working on Fridays and Saturdays, our busiest days where we sell multiple hundreds of pizzas each day. All because everyone quit to find better pay(everyone is quoted as saying so). Then our district manager asked why everyone was leaving, and thought it was because our local manager was just doing a bad job. Yeah, sure bud. Our manager who works doubles 6-7 days a week and has the skill and speed of 4 employees combined, who also has such a good attitude that ex employees visit often just to get to see them is totally "doing a bad job". >:/ Our manager begged for weeks and months that they needed help from the district manager due to low employee retention(which everyone but the district manager knows is because of pay). The district manager never helped in any way after saying they would, then showed up sometime later with an auditor. Our manager walked out in a mental breakdown, and the auditor was the one who stopped and consoled them, and got the district manager to get off his hinny and actually help and make changes. It took our district manager 8 months to fix my pay and give me my shift manager raise I was meant to have all that time. Then still to this day, 10 months later has not payed me for that time I worked without my raise I was told I was given long ago. Faulty machinery left us with wet floors that led to me getting a concussion. Our district manager went from "ill handle the workers compensation" and went out of his way to review security camera footage to ensure it wasn't negligence. And then that's all he did. The hospital is asking for money, and our district manager is useless.

I’ll never forget my first Little Caesars. My sisters friend was having a lakeside party, everyone was having a good time, there was a pool, the warm summer sun was hitting my little 7-8 year old face…and there it was in the distance, the beautiful orange and white boxes with a roman delighting in eating the pizza. And there was so many of them too. The taste was simple, delicious, and just right. And the crazy bread? Insane. The deep dish pizza? Deep and delicious. And while ive maybe grown out of Little Caesars since I was a kid, every so often I’ll go back, get myself a $5 pizza, and relish every minute of it, knowing that it’s not Dominos.

I worked at little Caesars n it is NASTY. The crazy bread butter would sit out for weeks on end n not even the flies would go near it. The dough too is made wit I cleaned hands wit no gloves n there are constantly black marks on the pizza The mushroom are dirty n if we drop something we make sure no customers see and put it straight back into the container. My parents used to work at little ceasers and they literally make the most authenticate fast food pizza in general! The suasage came as sausage and not in cans! They had to pull off pieces of suasage and put it on the pizza! Same for pepperoni! Piece of pepperoni had to be cut by hand and layed up there! The dow was HAND TOSSED!!! WHAT MF DOMINOS YOU KNOW HAND TOSSES THEIR PIZZA!! The deep dish was actually made in a deep pan and to this day my mother makes the best fucking pizza i have ever had! Except for chicago style deep dish which is pizza but they do the order of crust, chest toppings and then sauce!
