I have a VERY optimistic feeling about Slot. He's down-to-earth, with big heart energy - like Kloppo and like Liverpool. He's somewhat of a "dark horse", so expectations won't be overwhelming, which will protect the players from unnecessary pressure. By all accounts, he's a tactically sound manager, with proven success. His 4-2-3-1 system would suit our current crop of players PERFECTLY. It's sad to farewell Klopp, but the club is in good hands. An injection of novelty, a fresh approach, new energy, players competing to impress the new boss. Exciting times ahead!

I've not really considered Slot as an option for LFC mainly because I didn't know him that well (apart from the Champions League) but he seems to have the right mix of technical prowess, man management ability and charisma.
