There comes a time when the Holy Spirit will convict everyone who needs it. You have to get super serious with GOD. You have to tell GOD if I don't stop this sin I will end up in hell!! He will provide a way out. This is what I had to do with my addictions that were sending me to hell!!! Please for the Love of GOD. Repent, Repent, Repent!!!! Have that conversation with GOD. HE died on that Cross for you !!! Don't wait wait another second. Life is a limited time offer!!! Talk to GOD!! GOD Bless!!!!

Excellent. Thank you. Brother Anthony, at 10 minutes something, you were talking about grieving because of stupid things you used to do, etc..., I've been to confession for stupid things I've done, I feel forgiven by God, but sometimes I still grieve the loss of most of my family, who won't forgive me, or even talk to me because of sins committed 23 years ago when I was a drunk and an addict, and lost. I know the most important things in life are God, and family. I still have God, but no more family. I'm 54 now. My whole adult life has been ruined because, ultimately, I left the church at 18, started drinking heavily, fornicating, living in sin, using drugs. Now, no kids or wife, no education, dead end job. I'm a shell of a man. Most days just try to hang on by a thread, and not kill myself. God's grace is keeping me going. Stay in Church kids. Get a good education. Stay sober. Get married. Have a family. Work hard doing something you love. Try to become a saint. You slack off a little, next thing you know, 35 years have gone by, everyone you knew hates you, and you've little or nothing to show for your life. Make good decisions. Pray pray pray. God bless you all.

You are a good man. A budding saint. Stay strong. This world is going to pass ‘in the blink of an eye’. Do not give up. Your suffering - offer it up to God- will reap such joy in the next life, the real, everlasting life. Do not let the devil tempt you by comparing you to others, or in terms of what you’ve achieved, or not achieved, in this life. No. Don’t be fooled. You will be alright, dear man.

@@yasminpanasjuk682 thank you. I attempted that, I inquired at a couple monastery's, they said I missed the age cutoff. Lay monastic? I pretty much live a lay monastic life now. But I sure wish I could be part of an order.

I always find it funny that of all the grave and grevious sins that I've forgiven people for doing to me, that when I'm faced with a person whose FEELINGS I've hurt, they hold on to such a minor and trivial sin with such avaricious obtuseness that I am beyond dumbfounded. It is as if the slight or offence to their ego bolsters their right to mistreat you, without ever taking any account for their own conduct in response. How a soul can elevate their emotional responses beyond a reasonable objectivity is a symptom of modernism and its spiritual and moral decay of the average intellect. If people do not learn temperance and forbearance when it comes to technology, it doesn't matter how advanced it gets, it will do nothing good for humanity in the end, because there will not be a sound intellect among them to benefit from it in the least.
