Torres, have you been to Bath, Cambridge, Cardiff or Nottingham? They are all lovely cities perhaps you can give them a visit. I went to Bath during my university exchange in the UK and I miss it till this day. Bath's architecture and the views in its little suburbs are magnificent. Cambridge comes in close second: Punting or cycling around the city.

Compare to downtown London, I prefer this sort of random trip around British town. Cuz I suppose Europe has really high traditional cultural concentration in those small towns. They cannot catch up with the pace of those mega cities, but they are preserving the traditions, uniqueness better.
