I had a mental breakdown and was in the mental health unit for eight days. The doctor prescribed me more medication, and it gave me insomnia. I cold turkey stopped taking all my medications and had an epiphany months after that. I decided to make the necessary changes to make me better. That mental breakdown was the start of my journey, and I'm thankful it happened. I work out six days a week, I quit smoking, I quit eating cane sugar, and I lost over sixty pounds. This is the best I've ever felt.

Two months ago I had an exeperience that finally made me understand what it means to say that "you have to be out of your mind to meet God." You literally have to go crazy/ lose your mind because the mind is the seat of ego/ separation consciousness and God resides in the heart/ unity consciousness. So you have to leave your mind to truly get into your heart. That's why the saying "the longest journey you will ever take is from the head to the heart" rings so true.

I had my full awakening in 2020.. during a global pandemic and lockdown. I didn’t know what was up and what was down. I was tired of conforming to society’s norms upon learning about narcissism. I was afraid to meet new people and have the same tiring cycle all over again. Narcissism is soul crushing especially being born into a toxic family unit. I had a mental breakdown and was sent to a mental hospital twice.. I was put on meds.. and stopped taking them. I recently went on a kayak trip where it turned out to be a disaster.. my life feels like a never ending nightmare horror film I can’t wake up from.

Energy work was a huge way for me to understand myself better after my mental health breakdown. It did help break my trauma wide open but I had a lifetime of suppressed anger which showed up during my breakdown and I couldn’t control it.

I was already crazy even before awakening and the dark night of the soul,as a child u was very open to paranormal beings,and dreams, past lives. I was confused,scared. My mom didnt lie to me and said that there are non human things that bump in the night😮 but yea as an adult, after everything ive experienced, remembered,relearned,seen....yea kansas was a long time ago,hell there is no "kansas" 😅 what rocked me was the fact that not everyone you see is a real human soul inside a body.shaoeshifters,background characters, clones, robots, aliens,illusions😳😱🤯😫😵😬🫣😶😑🤐😶‍🌫️....a week later I was kool again 😎 n just accepted it

Well, as someone who had a very personal experience with a mental breakdown and let me tell you the legal system gives no cares about your mental state… they will punish you all the same. Yes, my life is shifting since that experience but please try to find your path without a mental breakdown. These spiritual messages do not highlight the full spectrum of the ramifications from a true mental breakdown. There will also be backlash from society, friends and family who do not understand what you are experiencing- they just want their “old” friend/love one back which will never or can ever really happen so there is isolation as well. Not to be negative but there needs to be real stories shared if there is going to be talk of mental breakdowns as a way to find your spiritual path. Honestly, having a mental breakdown is really not a conscious decision- it just happens.
