As a Sudanese, I must emphasize that the situation is far more complex than portrayed. In essence, Sudan boasts abundant and diverse resources, along with a significant religious and intellectual influence in the region. Consequently, it possesses substantial potential to emerge as a regional superpower. However, this potential has been met with opposition from entities such as the Zionists, the U.S. military-industrial complex, and Corporate America which over decades of wars, hostilities, and sanctions led to the situation we have today.

I love both Sudan and Sudanesse people. It is also the land of Abdlahi Ibn Muhammad, who was the pride of Africa like Menelik II and Ousman Dan Fadio of the Fulani. These 3 leaders fought bare hands and bare feet against Brtish and thier-all-willing-accomplices Egyptian cowards and Italian Imperalists. It is a temporary setback, the Susanesse will triumph eventually. With love. Cheers.

Thank you for sharing this informative video on the figures who influenced Malcolm X's transformation, prior to his untimely passing. The assassination of Malcolm X robbed not only the African American community, but also the African Diaspora of a great thinker and leader, who sought to nourish his soul, spiritually, through Islam. I have often wondered if Malcolm was knowledgeable about the Arab enslavement of people of African descent, dating back to the 7th century, and if he was knowledgeable about it, how he was able to reconcile this with his commitment to the religion of Islam. While Malcolm spoke passionately about the plight of the Palestinians, following his travels to the region, I wish that he had written and/or spoken about the colonization and enslavement of Blacks in Muslim countries like the Sudan and Mauritania. It would seem that these inhumane institutions are inconsistent with the tenets of the world's major religions. I have often wondered the same thing about the indigenous Sudanese people, who were not merely colonized by the British, but also the Muslim Arabs, whose religion they practice and whose language they also speak and learn in their educational system. I wonder if they feel conflicted about this, given their mistreatment. The fact that the indigenous Sudanese people are not committed to preserving their own African ancestors' religion(s) and languages can be construed as evidence of the persistence of a colonized mindset. The neglect of their own rich cultural heritage is unhealthy, if not unsettling, to say the least. Today, the indigenous people of the Sudan are still suffering at the hands of the RSF, formerly known as the Janjaweed, and the Arab militia. Genocide, slavery, and gang rape are being perpetrated against them with impunity, under the cover of civil war.

Amazing video! I learnt a lot, being a young Sudanese man who has lived outside of Sudan for a majority of my life. I would like to ask why you call it ‘The Sudan’ and not ‘Sudan’?

In Arabic, we call Sudan "AL-Sudan" officially, and it was commonly referred to as "The Sudan" historically for a long time, but in modern times we mostly call it "Sudan". Not sure what changed that, but yeah

Personally i like the music and history of Sudan . They dont understand how influnencial there musical culture during the big band era 1950s -1970s was to all of the horn of africa. I love singers like Mohammad Wardi.and i view music as a window into the soul of a nation , even tho i dont understand im very sensitive and i feel the music , and threw the music i get the feeling that sudanese people have good hearts , they are very poetic and artistic and bearers of a great heritage. You were the first christian country in ancient times along with Ethiopia that was before the Arab invasion and mass islamification of the nubians and other kushites.

Arab did not invade Sudan correct your misinformation please Sudanese embraced Islam because they believed in Christianity that time.

Thank you for this. May the people of Sudan be free. UAE and the US terrorist agenda don't want them to have islam and be powerful.
