Why Many Companies postponing Date of joining | @byluckysir

Why some companies are releasing offer letter but delay in Date of Joining, what are the reasons to delay on boarding process in IT industry.

@learnprogramming byluckysir when will things go back to normal? Last year, many who graduated in 19-20(freshers) were hired by Mnc's. We have done with the pre-onboarding training (unpaid) & now it's been more than 7 months we are waiting to onboard but not a single response from mnc's. There r no other job opportunities for 19-20 freshers, so we can't try for other job. Please advise as necessary.
