Kyle, you and guys like you are my hero's. You are the guys I served when I was a peacetime admin Marine so that you could do the service you guys did. We all decided there was something we were willing to give our lives for when we put our signature on the line and took the oath; Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard, and National Guard. Some of us did not have to be put to the test and others did. No one outside the military can possibly understand our understanding of the internal commitment we understand we are making, or the commitment we lovingly make to each other unconditionally. No one who has not experienced combat can understand the experience of combat including myself. Those who criticize our armed forces personnel, our veterans, our combat veterans and have not even put their signature on the line speak in ignorance. The guys and gals I knew in my Marine Corps and the other services were 99.99999% honorable and the best and it was my honor to have known them. I have done my best to serve all veterans, especially those who served in combat in all conflicts, as an Rn and in other civilian capacities since leaving the Marine Corps some 40 plus years ago and I remain in your and other vets service as needed when needed to the best of my ability. With nothing but love and respect to you and all vets; Urah and Semper Fi.
