Great video! I appreciate your thoughts. In my opinion, introspective time could be number 4. Based on my experience, meditating and journaling has helped me coalesce my thoughts from a variety of aspects and situations in my life which has allowed me to better understand my life experience and cultivate my goals. I consider this an important part of my health and self-care routine.

Thanks Jesse! I totally agree. In the new program before I even get into the seven elements of health I talk a lot about introspection (self-awareness) and journaling. So hard to come up with a top 3!
