I mean obviously you wouldn't want to say that Doctor's are of a higher status than a Nurse's in an interview, but it's true... There's a literal hierarchy when you're in the hospital and Doctors are above Nurses in that regard - yes both are very important but its very easy to argue that Doctor's are more important and thats a result of the far more extensive training they have undergone and skillset they have in the healthcare field.

Nobody is more important. Just different. Doctors are not more important than nurse, CNAs, orderlies, lab staff, etc. Without any piece of the puzzle, it all falls apart. Doctors are definitely more knowledgeable in certain areas than nurses, CNAs, orderlies, lab staff, etc but they are not more important. 😊

@@F16wing We have a special care plan in nursing and we do not need a doctor in it and it is not fair that you obscure the science of nursing to highlight your weak personality, you weak person that is all

Nursing was established on its own, doctors did not interfere in it or put their dirty hands in nursing, so during the comparison you must compare between doctors alone and not a different specialty from them, and it is not true that the doctor has higher information because there are doctors who learn from nursing, especially the practicing nurse, and take experience from her, so you cannot belittle nursing, you clumsy😊
