This is huge Jared/Kris! Property taxes are so crucial to why the Memphis Metro is a great place to move. Moving from the Northeast (PA/NJ) and leaving the $8-$12K/yr Property taxes behind makes such a huge difference. Also once again, these two are the best! 🤝

It’s crazy to think people are paying $12k in property taxes when 10 years ago I used to rent a house for that much. It’s like you have to buy the house and then rent it from the state anyway. No thanks. Good to hear from you! Glad you’re still enjoying it here!

What about important things like CRIME? Isn't that what drove Walmart and other businesses out of Chicago. I hear now that Memphis is worse than Chi. Soooooo are things turning around????

There are areas of the city of Memphis that do have serious crime issues. In this video I’m talking about the broader Memphis/mid-south area. You don’t have to live in the city limits of Memphis to benefit, actually you’ll save more money if you dont. I do believe we will see the crime and poverty problems that do exist within the city improve as more investment comes into the city.

@gundam0039 You heard wrong and stop listening to what others say check and research on your own. Stop depending on someone's non experience cause most people that comment aren't from here and people on social media lie just for clicks and views. We got crime yes we do anywhere there are people you will find crime. We are not as big as Chicago and if you check daily in every major City there will be crazy crime if they choose to report most cities don't self report cause they suppress for Federal aid and tourism. Most crimes are committed by people that know each other unless you are into it with someone or in a gang, sell drugs, you should be fine.
