I took the courage to stand for my standards and call his BS out when he was not respecting me, in order to facilitate leveling up and he preferred to break up with me instead of working on improving our relationship. It was the relationship with the most quality I had in the last 20 years....(imagine how bad was the previous) its been 5 months and I am still suffering and missing him incredibly, and I regret for pushing him hard to confirm in the way I wanted to resolve our conflict. The harsh truth is that patriarchy has created an unfair environment for women in the relationship world and if women dynamically try to claim their wants and standards, most likely will be dumbed, because the male fragile egos cannot handle it!

i did many mistakes bc of trauma response and i always made him feel guilty. i was needy, pushy didn’t trust him and was critizicing him so much. i now woke up. i got it. i‘m willing to change but he said that he feels bad for a long time and is disconnected. i love him so much and i now know that i have to do more things alone and work on everything. i hope we find back together bc he is the most wonderful, intelligent, beautiful and most loving man in the world 😭

Thank you soo much. Few months back, i met a guy , the 1st i got the best feeling of my life but i deleted our WhatsApp chat, he was not happy and he told me how he hates it. After 1 week i did the same thing. This time it was intentional to see how much he loves me. And from that he stopped talking to me. I miss him 😢 i deleted his number but sometimes he just says hi and he disappears 😢 . Few minutes back before i watched this video, i checked on him to see how he's doing. My bf/ex-bf and I had a fight, and he texted me 2 days later asking a question, I responded with a statement, and I haven't heard from him since. He's a scardy cat who, throughout the relationship, made me feel like he just didn't care during the tough times. He never put in the effort to work things out. He never fought for the relationship. I was always the one approaching him trying to communicate and work things out. He is the worst communicator I've ever met in my life. He shuts down and sulks in the corner. If I didn't say anything, he wouldn't have said anything for days. It was emotional and mental abuse bc he never tried and always twisted stories. Sounds like a narcissist, but I think he just didn't have the skills to maintain a proper relationship other than love bombing and then not keeping his word.

I don't know your guy, so I can't give my two cents, but based on my experience, if they get too comfortable too quickly, they've done their deed. Once they get their bate, enough work is done. It's the tough journeys in life that prove their value, so if he never had to work hard to earn his position with you, he may never prove it. It's offensive and demeaning, but that's how these children function with half a brain.

As blended family, I put a lot of work into my marriage because what I want is my kids to have a father to have a stable and complete family. I’m realizing that I’ve never loved myself enough to let a man chase me I put myself low!!! It’s been 5 months I’m not doing anything about my marriage not talking to him because I realize he is narcissistic he never been wrong and always manipulative! As a woman, I let my depression get in the way, he was making me happy, and when he broke it off, it was mainly because he wanted to protect himself and his mental health. I left because I was being USED. I love her still to this day. I love her and her daughter. I was being mirrored. She has major issues from childhood and enabling parents and past relationships trauma related. She has never healed. Narcissists never take time for themselves, they never reflect or take accountability. I tried so hard. Until I realized what was going on. She had direct Agendas from the start. It’s sick. And sad. When the relation has not had a chance to start, this does not happen, it is my case it's 15 months now, +the fact I was seeing him at his work place and had very little exchanges does not help, yet I saw him 6-8 months.. There are these subtils energetic bond between people which bring them back together or that we cannot forget them.. I cannot forget, but have kept my distance as I stopped going the moment I felt rejected without knowing why. However as said he did not try to approach me, but he showed me one thing, then changed overnight.. All happened without words..I feel mainly frustrated not having had a chance to communicate..and perhaps being demeaned/or influenced by the people around him, colleagues, and consequently there was no closure, or have a chance to even know him. Anyway, that is my situation, and still think of him, will absolutely make move to recontact him. Thanks for all your very precious work, a very comprehensive analysis indeed. 🌈
