Slight correction at 1:46 Sivir's Q deals full damage to multiple targets as long as there is no minion/monster in between, the damage modifier is reset on the return but it's really important to try and not hit minions if your purpose is to poke for maximum damage. Q spell loses to a maximum of 60% damage if you hit 4 non-champion before reaching your target

The reason for that many adcs in mid lane is not that going bot with an adc is bad, its just that adcs are so broken that its better to have multiple adcs in one team rather than having nerfed mages or assassins in mid.

To answer peoples concerns about mana on sivir, only q and w waves you need to hard push cause of gank pressure or to poke. Most of the time you're last hitting and letting the wave build up so you can one shot it under tower and farm items once you are weak early still

A lot of people forget, even on mages, that autoing the wave stacks up damage to make for a decent push. I do it to conserve mana as Lissandra, especially if you have range advantage. During laning phase against mana champs, you're not just poking HP, you're baiting and forcing abilities to poke their mana as well, since most casters are massively weaker when they're unable to use their abilities. With good mana management on waveclear you can force them to back and lose waves, or either be unable to last-hit under tower or risk a dive.

finally the video ive been waiting for, sivir was one of my fav champs to play and i always loved playing her in the midlane, her clear made you roam very fast and help junglers. i never had a problem with laning phase until hwei was released i get out ranged, out wave cleared and out damaged :(

To this day I still play Blue Split Push Sivir in the midlane, you have an enormous harass potential and you can punish roaming enemies by taking down their towers. High mobility champs will eat you up but thanks to your wave clear you dont lose that many gold, R is really useful to help in TF or use to roam to other lanes. LolDobby uploading videos of my fav champs these days really makes happy, you're videos always have helped improve somehow and learn new play styles love u keep up the good work

As an adc player, I should be happy that the class is strong in the meta right now, the thing is that marksmen became so dominant that people are playing it on top and mid lane, meaning most of my emerald games my team comp is squishy and has no engage or frontline or is full ad because people just wanna play adc and don't think about the team comp. I'm being forced to play ziggs most at least half of my games to ensure we have at least ap damage. I really hope Riot make some changes to ensure adc is played mainly in bot lane

I used to play Sivir mid before, here is the problems: You push, waste all the mana, the enemy dodge your Q and go away of your W, they farm under tower dodging your Q, if you try to get closer to attack them with auto attacks or to attack the tower to get plates the jungler gank you If they roam you can't follow them since they are going into bushes and they could be just waiting you there to kill you If there are early fight with the jungler you can't do much because Sivir is not so strong in early, so if you help you and your team die and your team flame you and if you dont help, your team die aswell and flame you

Smolder waveclear might be a bit too slow and too late to become strong. All the AD champions picked in midlane have a very strong emphasis on their abilities to push or at least clear waves very quickly early, to ensure smooth build into first item.

It's going to be easier for you. She need almost no mechanical ability and low elo players commit a lot of mistakes under tower and under pressure which is basically all this pick works towards. Pay attention to your map, be patient with your E and you're good to go.
