I'm moon dominant and this is true. However I think there is a mutual pull underneath. Archetypally the moon as the "mother" needs to be penetrated in order to conceive. These darker type are overly yang/mars energy, so if nothing else they are very penetrative emotionally speaking. You will definitely get deeply affected one way or the other. Maybe it's two extreme energies trying to find some sort of balance...

I’m really careful when it comes to people that compare me to their mother, cause most of the time they have had bad experiences or a bad relationship with their mother. Recently though a man I used to be alright with, they were an associate had started speaking down on me after I distanced myself from him cause I just felt like it would be best. Anyways long story short he began doing a smear campaign and funny enough, he would compare me to his mother and kept saying how I’m just like his narcissistic mother even though he’s the one making a smear campaign against me 😭 I have quite the moon influence in my chart myself so yeah, I learned my lesson with these types of people

Cancer arudha and I do tend to attract energy vampires. I also think moon is a juicy sattvic planet and people like to tap its energy for that purpose. Also I think the moon is very receptive to everything around it, lunar people can "take on" other people's energy, which opens them up to abuse if they don't protect themselves energetically. Narcissists only live in projection; and lunar people are the most capable of affirming and embodying those projections. I've noticed these vampires can infiltrate so deeply that they appear in dreams. The moon also rules the mind, and narcissists do most of their attacking in the mental realm. This is at least my own observation and theory lol 😂 As an example, Dion Fortune comes to my mind -- she had Hasta moon 1h and wrote books on how she was constantly under psychic attack, sometimes so intensely that she was bedridden. The oedipal projections are a really disturbing but true pattern that I've experienced time and time again with these dark triad types as well. They ALWAYS seem to have mommy issues lol. Even the female ones!

No way! After a week of meditating on this, I’ve realized yesterday that exclusively moon-dominant women look, feel, and are basically prey, and prey is what predators = the cluster b/Dark Triad people sniff out to use and abuse! And that also connects with the profound sensitivity, maternal = Yang = masculine energy, and the strong maternal, protective, self-sacrificing = codependent nature of moon women that you mentioned, and the exclusive targets of those demons. I’m very grateful that I am protected by the qualities that my Dhanishta ascendant, Purva Phalguni sun, and Chitra Venus, which conjoins my Hasta moon, gives me to ameliorate the effects of my moon, and the effects of my extremely abusive upbringing and life up to this point. But I’ve only been able to tap into those other qualities of mine after YEARS of healing, and I’m very proud of how far I’ve come, and of how I’ve completely healed my codependency = people-pleasing, self-sacrificing, and non-existent boundaries and self-esteem. I don’t know my Aruda Lagna, but this video has made me want to watch it and make the calculations. And I’m very impressed at how well you understand narcissistic abuse! Because not many people in the spiritual sphere do. Granted, I am still working on being able to afford to escape my abusive parents, so please wish me luck with that! Words fail to express profoundly they have damaged me, held me back, made me be permanently terrified of the world and everyone in it, and caused me immeasurable and inconceivable amounts of agony and suffering that they have delighted in. So maybe my Hasta moon made me get a lot more damaged by all of the cluster bs that I have been unlucky enough to have been abused by that most people would have? Do you think that’s possible? No one would be how strong I’ve always had to be, and the power of my will and endurance, I myself can’t believe it! Nothing feels real anymore, and that’s another pain that I must endure on top of everything physical and mental/emotional that I have been cursed to forever endure. Do you think my strength and endurance and capacity to still keep on trying even after crushing and humiliating defeat from my Martian placements? Or from my Moon and Venus being in my 8th house? EDIT - my Arudha Lagna has turned out to be in my 3rd house of Aries!!! That’s pretty masculine, right? What can I do to protect myself??! This makes a lot of sense… I’m kind of freaking out right now, lol. Second edit - because I’m an Aquarius rising, my second Arudha Lagna appears to be my 4th house of Taurus. How do I reconcile both of those results? How do I know when I come off as which one? Sorry if this comment was too long and ranty, lol. Thank you so much for this video 🙏🩵✨

In addition, I have Venus conjunct the asteroid Narcissus and those types are always attracted to me, even normal men seem more grandiose or sob story (vulnerable narcissism) around me. I have Dara karaka Moon conjunct Machiavelli and men ALWAYS ALWAYS try to manipulate me and have plots to basically treat me like their little doll. Including hiding entire parts of their charming personality until later. Control what I think, who I speak to, what I WEAR especially (cult sign) they basically want a cult of 2 people. Lots of fake sob stories and vulnerable narcissism when I checked up on them, if not grandiose type. Capricorn Arudha Lagna contains Rahu so they think I'm one way (very submissive tradwife type with a dollop of Kate Middleton, like her I have Chiron connected to the Midheaven) when I'm not and tell them this, they think I'm just unaware of my 'potential' or something it's very annoying. Very "let me change your mind" types of abusers, claiming it's "for my own good" and "you'll thank me later" delusions. My AL contains the asteroid Dejanira which is a top one for being abused so they view me as the Perfect Victim material and act out in all sorts of ways, sometimes even damselling hoping I'll rescue them. Lots of weaponised incompetence too. My actual Ascendant Hasta has Nessus, Angel and Aphrodite on or close to it, so other women assume I wanna steal their man or men think I'd cheat when I have zero interest whatsoever. d9 Moon DK becomes exalted possibly with an overly strong Mars in Rohini but I dunno whether to count it as previous house because it's retrograde. But I bring out the anger issues in men. They try to control me or change me with rage as intimidation. There was a sadism asteroid, Sade? I think? I had prominently too, unsure where. My mother is very lunar in personality and is much the same.

Bro I had every placement she was talking about. My Arudha lagna is in cancer and my moon is in 7th house from my Arudha lagna. I attract a lot of narcissists and am a magnet to men with mommy issues. I have to fight against the tendency to tend to mother wounds in all sorts of people. It's a strong pain I recognize and tend to feel the need to interact with it. It takes a lot of effort to consciously resist. It never ends well for me. Interestingly, this placement has been extremely helpful for the children I've worked with in my field.

Moon dominant with Ketu in Lagna. At this point I need psychiatric help for the way people have scapegoated and projected onto me nearly my whole life. I think Ketu is like a blank screen (and mine is in Cancer/Pushya) and we just stand there and people are like oh look an easy target to do whatever. You know the cartoon Hello Kitty? I would often joke that I'm like that, because she has no mouth, she's just a pleasant figure with a pink bow, and people can turn her into an evil monster or a pushover willing to do their bidding.
