Jack, you are so right on with everything you’ve said in this video. I’m not a young man like you but I’m moving down to Nica in two weeks from the US. I’ve lived in the DR off and on since 2007 and am now moving to Nica. Can’t wait to be down there as I’ve been stuck in the US for the last six months. Maybe will see you when I get there. I already have a nice Nica girlfriend and can’t wait to be with her. See you soon.

Brother I lived in costa rica for a year before, and now thinking about trying Nicaragua . I love you bro! I hear everything your saying! God bless you for being so authentic and real. More and more signs to go to Nicaragua. I'd love to meet you! 😎👍☺️

Hell yea man! Costa Rica is similar to Nicaragua if you think about the rural parts of costa rica. However, in the cities like San Jose, CR is much more like the USA. There is no city in Nicaragua like San Jose. The cost of living in Nicaragua is also far more affordable than CR. Feel free to book a call at any point, or when you come to Nicaragua hit me up and we can grab a coffee 😀

Luckily for me my videos never get demonetized, I think that happens more when you talk about ukraine, war, or violence. Even my video about US propaganda didn't get demonetized which is pretty funny. My viewership is probably too small for YT to care

I feel like this video was made just for me. I’m a 41yr old American man. My wife died 2 years ago. I lost almost everything I had including my house. I can’t afford to live on my own. I had to move back in with my mom. I’ve been trying to meet a woman for the last year to no avail. I’ve been fantasizing about moving to Central America for years. (I went on a surf trip to Costa Rica 20 years ago and loved it. ) I have zero debit and a decent amount of money saved up. The only thing keeping me in America is I’m scared to just show up all alone in a foreign country with no direction and I speak very little Spanish. Any advice you could give me? Thx

It sounds like you should visit, explore some towns such as Managua, Leon, Grenada, etc. See how you feel when you are here. Please be careful dating because you are vulnerable until you are comfortable being in Nicaragua. Especially if you went through loss, it is important that you take your time. I moved to San Juan del Sur Nicaragua 8 months ago, and have zero regrets. I am working on my Spanish, and haven't had any problems living here while doing that. For someone who can truly start over, living a new life in Nicaragua or Costa Rica might be just what you need. Good luck and I wish you the best!

"Rules of the game" by Neil Strauss is the user guide on how to attract & pickup women. Also "Richard La Ruina" very good techniques on kino escalation. They don't teach this in school. Excellent video 👍

Jack how can I work remotely from Nicaragua
@JackPitmanNica2 жыл бұрын
It depends on your nationality but regardless, you must build monetizable skills. Teaching, video editing, 3D modeling, translating, programing, etc. Build a skill up then network to find clients. You can find a job the regular way but most jobs treat their employees like shit. You are better off building your skillsets and leveraging your network to monetize those skillsets.

@@JackPitmanNica rent should be going down soon in Nicaragua as many people are leaving to the U.S
@JackPitmanNica2 жыл бұрын
@@orlandocala2941 I don't think that will effect rental prices here very much. There is already a real estate market with very few renters or buyers, so there isn't much that would change with more people going to the USA. For example, three years ago I offered 30% less than asking price for the house I rent and it was accepted.

@@orlandocala2941 Perhaps you are renting from the wrong people. Where I live in Bolonia, there are still places for rent that have been available for years. Gated communities are not safe. Hey Jack, thanks for your videos! Would you say that Nicaragua is a noisy country? I mean especially when you are at home? Thanks!
@JackPitmanNica2 жыл бұрын
It totally depends where you live. You can live in a noisy city or a super quiet rural area. You can also live in quiet parts of the city. I live in a part of Managua where something I'm doing is often the loudest noise... but lots of Managua is super loud... its all relative. TDLR Yes, there are noisy places in Nicaragua. But there are also quiet places.

Are the majority of the women trustworthy? I'm currently in Mexico and 70% of the women are in love with $$ than the man providing it. I'm dying to visit Nicaragua and meet a middle aged woman who's kids are older and would appreciate a man who appreciates her
@JackPitmanNica2 жыл бұрын
I can't speak for the majority of women but I can say that in the non tourist areas it is possible to find people who love you for more than just your money. The experience dating in Managua vs in San Juan Del Sur is different. You'll find more people trying to abuse you in San Juan Del Sur. Managua is where Nicaraguans go to work so the people there are more "normal" people. The experience you describe is how it is in all major tourist zones so make sure you spend time in an area that isn't known as a tourist hotspot. If you are not sure then just look around - there should be more locals than foreigners. If you are only around foreigners then it is much more likely that the locals you meet are trying to use you.

The adjective 'young' that you're using in this content isn't necessary. Good video however, thanks for sharing 👍

I wasn't sure how to talk about non young people because I am younger so my experience is different, but maybe next time I can just focus on relationships, the age part doesn't matter I think you are right Although, at the same time, in this video I am trying to speak specifically to young people... not because older people shouldn't come, but because older people are already visiting Nicaragua. It is the young people who are not visiting Nicaragua.
