The main reason are women expectations. They all want the guy to be tall. In fact they all want to have that 25-30% of the guys who are considered tall. 70-75% of men are seen as average/short (he isn't tall category). Next is face - no chiseled jaw, or no decent hairline and you out. You will be seen as average/below. Not to mention body standards - "I like slim/skinny guys", where in fact they see attractive tall guy or really athletic physique which naturally van be achieved by 3-5 years of hard work and dedication. On the contrary - women to be seen as attractive needs to be not fat. Thats right - most women 20-28 years old who just eat right are perceived as very attractive. They dont even go to the gym for that aesthetic

I dont know where did you got that average 18-22% bodyfat in men. I believe that those numbers are lot higher. Whenever I look, my friends, work, family - most guys are 25-35%. Those 18-22% is closer to guys aged 18-25

There was a study that came out recently that pigs now have a lower bf% than humans haha. So yea, needs to bump that number up

I go to the gym 6 days a week and work in a workplace comprised predominately of women aged 30+. 85% of women are quite average....like men. Once they actually get to 30+, women age like milk. A lot of men don't age much better, but it shows significantly in women, more-so if they drink and have a terrible diet and don't exercise. The problem is any average woman can possess an overly inflated ego due to their addiction to social media and their smartphone, where any thirsty guy can give them the false impression they're actually sought after. This gives them the belief they actually deserve an above average chad and it's destroying women as well as the prospect of average guys having any kind of relationship with them.

This confirms what I've been saying... except the makeup stuff. Black men are not favored on dating apps. It is what it is. I'm not complaining, but I'm just saying it confirms my experience.

Brothers, what i have seen... the power of make up - this is black magic i swear. I have seen top looking girls im talking about 8s and 9s and then i saw them accidentally without make up i didnt even really know that its the same person. Only maybe there was a tiny hint that its the same chick but anyway this shit is a cheat code for them. They get huge bonuses when looking good from society they all treat em better. Imagine having a son with a girl that was always putting a lot of effort into make up and then the son is simillar to his mother its over for him. If you havent seen a particular girl without make up you dont know shit about her looks

Facial attractiveness data sets suggest both men and women are exactly the same in facial attractiveness, both distributions are normal and the same, also if you're a middle aged man you're already losing facial fat and there are diminishing gains for facial attractiveness to getting to a lower bodyfat

If you improve (groom well, build a physique, improve social skills, get rich) you might get a good girl. If you don't you will 100% remain an incel and virgin for life. Also doing these things is good for you in the long run building a good physique, economic stability, etc. It will help you till you die in your 60s and 70s. You will lose your looks by your 40s anyway. But you will be left with a lot more.
