Clark county NV PIA for vehicles on off road plus trailers. Requires smog+inspections regularly, high registration fees, taxes, etc. Other parts of NV not so.

@@kjfacilities-maint try Lincoln County. You’re still going to be in a very rural area though. Littlefield, AZ , which borders Mesquite is also a possibility although that puts you in another state.

Hi, Stephanie - we live in Oklahoma - but moved here due to family about 6 years ago. We would like to get back out west near our children. We’ve been looking at Mesquite. Don’t feel like we want the crowds and traffic of Vegas, but Mesquite looks like an option. We are not huge fans of HOA’s…everyone in everyone else’s business…do you know of any areas in Mesquite that are not HOA and still nice? Thanks so much. I can send you my email if you want. Candy
