Poor priority management. No reason he couldn't have a hired consultant handle this and sell the property for a profit. Regardless whether his sister was sick or not he'd have the property finished and ready either for her and her kids or someone else from either sale or gift. These artists get caught into too many ventures with the wrong management team just worrying about 💰💰💰 rather then the bigger picture. Plenty of people who are gifted like Nelly have similar issues yet not the issues like this one. Mainly due to the aforementioned. Gotta surround yourself with the right people.
