We are also facing the construction status of WTC brand in Noida expressway We booked a retail space n gave a handsome amount to builder 5 years back but at the time of possession no construction start till yet.

This is a broader prospective noida deserve many more developers but just because of many unseen situations many avoid to come. Godrej, Tata was already their. Max has launched and prestige, and birla is yet to come.

@@BlingKing321 Birla and Prestige both have taken land parcels in Sector 150, Noida and Prestige has also started marketing in a project in Ghaziabad Check the facts before and then comment 😅

Don't spread anything without knowledge.... Due to your ignorance you people spread rumour that IPL match will be held in Sec 150... I think you don't know that Noida and Ghaziabad are two different districts

आप बिल्कुल सही हैं मैंने भी सेक्टर १५० में घर लिया है वहां भी नोइडा अथॉरिटी ने OC पर रोक लगा दी है There is absolutely no concern for the buyers. God knows कब इश्यू रिजॉल्व होगा। सेक्टर १५० की प्रोब्लम पर भी एक video बनाइए

If you analyse Noida deeply you would understand that … only biggest scammers in this is authority itself … there is absolutely no trust worthy thing … authority does ….. it’s so irritating that Noida authority absolutely have no ownership of the issues

Twin tower demolish area again relates to builder for whatever use it wants.. thats how noida authority has interpreted court orders .. .. agricultural land acquisition then building ugao kato ugao..

Very True What is the Value of RERA Now I am not at interested in investing in any upcoming projects in Noida Infect there is also one more very critical factor that is lease rent and interest on installment. Builder got the land in installment and they start selling the project by the time project is near to completion they are buried under authorities dues. There are more than 100 projects in Noida which don’t offer Registry to buyers because builders has not cleared the authorities dues

M3M is mostly in bad news even in Gurgaon wherein ED had arrested M3M directors few months ago for a money laundaring scam revolving around M3M shell companies. Investors should also do some research before investing.
