Ok sir But also tell what if I have an introvert nature. I am 25 and not able to change my nature I tried very hard. Since birth I am automatically very gentle and soft hearted, whatever you said I Daily face problems in front of my manager my role require me to being in aggression,fighting mode but because of my good nature I always backstabbing. Now Pl tell me how to overcome this nature or phenomenon ? OR Either Pl tell me that job roles where you have to be in polite soft hearted so that I can enjoy my work according to my manager ? Hope you understand
