Before everyone comes running to the comments saying "bias" or "its not a smash clone" hear this out. Ofc this video is bias ITS MY HONEST OPINIONS LOL. Im not gonna spoonfeed you false dishonest opinions about how I FEEL the game will turn out. Statistically speaking NASB 1 did awful. Had its hype, had its memes, launched and fell completely off. Look it up if you dont believe me. Yes I prefer Multiversus to NASB. I do like NASB characters way better though. This game is completely a smash clone. Its a platform fighter that functions just like smash but stiffer. It would be unrealistic to not label it one. I am cool for sure with yall displaying your opinions but attacking me in the comments is not gonna make a difference the video is already out and is not getting removed LOL. I respect those opinions from people who are respectful. Its fine to share different views. Anyways have a good day sorry for the rant just felt like throwing this out here for yall.

I just find it weird how people on Twitter are saying it shouldn't have gotten a sequel, but people literally buy every remake or port that Nintendo or other gaming companies pump out. I love Smash Bros and Mario Kart, but I swear it's like Nintendo fans get a raging hate boner anytime they see a company make their own kart racer or platform fighter. It's weird asf. They act like these companies are trying to compete with Smash or Mario Kart when they really aren't. They're just trying to make a good or at very least decent game for people to enjoy. Whenever people bash other platform fighters and kart racing games it reminds me of the people who argue about if PlayStation or Xbox is better. It's just dumb.

Can you truly say that you like any cosmetic. Also most of the moves in mvs were copys. Yeah it had better animations. But mvs visuals arent that good. Combos nearly dont exist. And yes it had crossplay. So list any other bad things about it

@@vinkennest3274 Are you trying to pretend MultiVersus' costumes are bad in comparison to Nick Brawl's lame hats? There's some great skins in the game like Uncle Shagworthy, Cake, Maestro Bugs. And copies? Of what, lol? MultiVersus' visuals are a lot better than Nick Brawl's shovelware visuals that would have barely been deemed acceptable for an Xbox 360 launch title.

Even tho i like multiversus a lot, the graphics seem to not fit with animation of the original characters throughs me off. The skins mvs has put out are good. But there are alot worse than good in there. I hope mvs gets the players back it had. But because of personal bias, i hope nasb2 succeeds more. Welp i hope you have a nice evening and a nice life. I do dislike NASB however never liked its functions what so ever. With that being said and my personal thoughts aside i said it wasnt going to succeed solely because it fell the tf off in a weekend when it dropped. Removing the price tag would make the game more longer lasting.

The problem with free to play games from a business standpoint is that they have to maintain a playerbase to self sustain themselves. Keep in mind mvs had a 99% playerbase drop which for most ftp games would be a death sentence. With how poorly the first game lasted making it free to play would probably kill it. And not just killing the playerbase, the game itself would be gone. Saying it'll flop cuz its a paid game in the same year street fighter 6 is releasing with an even higher price tagbis insane

I didn’t like MVS very much, movesets and mechanics were confusing and it felt too slow. NASB was easier for me to get into as it felt more similar to Smash just more fast-paced.

Its going to succeed enough to make a third sequel like the kart racing games plus the only way for it to fail in my eyes is if they don't have Tito from Rocket Power saying tips to us on the loading screen

I'm pretty sure Tito isn't in there. El Tigre is confirmed however. There was a leak (probably a hoax) that said they were going to put Movie Sonic (not a bad character, but at least use more of the 00s classics first [2003 era Ninja Turtles, MLAATR, FOP, Rocket Power, Catscratch, Kablam!, etc.]). I think they should look at the 00s Nicktoons bumpers if they want to ever do a good Subspace Emissary clone. Those bumpers would provide some trippy settings. My proposal for a Nickelodeon branded Sonic character clone is to use the blue kitticat instead of Movie Sonic and name the cat Santiago.

Hard disagree, while the original trailer might not have gotten many views lots of other creators like vailskibum have been talking about it and getting much more views, so it will get decent exposure, (also don't underestimate word of mouth) and people have proven that they are willing to pay a lot for a hyped game even if it buggy or not very good (look at recent Pokemon games). And the reason most smash clones die so fast is they don't have much to do with only 1 or 2 modes. If All star brawl 2 manges to have a stable online and a variety of modes to play (which it currently is advertising that it does) I think it will do at least as good as the frist game, probably better

Well, seeing on whats going on right now. There is a possibility. Even though you have a bunch of bias for multiversus, I can understand why. NASB was... alright. I played that alongside multiversus, but when multiversus started to get boring, I just played NASB because well, these two felt alot more fast paced, but what I'm glad to hear mostly is that they might actually FIX their mistakes they had with the original game and actually have a budget and make it good. Now of course, this might make it go on for like, a month. Especially with the 50$ price tag (YIKES...) but I am atleast hopeful this game might actually do really good... if it doesn't get destroyed by Mario Wonder, Sonic Superstars, and Spiderman 2

Why this game will 100% be successful. 1. The first game believe it or not was a big success. Not because the game was amazing but as a business perspective the first game made them lots of money because it was cheap to make. Fail in fans eyes but huge success for Nickelodeon. 2. This game though bigger better still is cheap to make and will make them lots of money regardless. 3. It has cross play so even if it's small fan base it'll be active and fine, and not face the problem of the first game. 4. I promise they'll make a third game too just like their Nick kart racing games. Cheap easy to make and it sells. It'll always make a decent profit because it's that cheap.

Eh i don't judge stuff before it's out but to each their own i guess 🤷‍♂️, also f2p isn't always the best way to do things... but again to each their own , but it being 49.99 is crazy, idk why game studios( or the higher up idk who does the pricing) make game prices so high now it's insane, also 24.99 for 4 dlc characters is wild 💀, dlc for the first one was like 14/15 dollars . Edit: i like multiversus and all ,but i like nasb a little better because of the controls were easy to learn and get use to well for me atleast, but i can't say the same for multiversus it kinda feels floaty alot while playing a match...again for me atleast, but with that being said idrc if the game succeeds or not i just like platform fighters/fighting games in general , so as long as i enjoy the game I'm good , I'm hyped for this and for multiversus to come back out next year .

I disagree because the game is balanced around the slime meter but you didn't know that then. However the first game I feel like differentiated itself from Smash via things like rock-paper-scissors, aerial grabs and strongs, two unique sets of aerials making it 6 etc. Honestly 2 is WAY more smash like but with the Slime meter and final smashes aren't OP cuz they use up slime. Did I think the first game was objectively bad? Of course. Was it a Smash clone? No. It's your opinion though so feel free to disagree I just think the game will be better and I didn't see the first game as a smash clone at all.
