i am completely agree with nikhil except in case of rental house....khudke ghar hona ye kuch alag chiz hoti hai...i know EMI hote hai ..bade cities mein ghar lena is not a joke...but agar appke pass thik thak paisa ho jisse you can buy a home u should go with that decision...har chiz yield kitna mila, real estate ka next 10 years me kitna return hoga matter nai krti ..khud ke ghar ki khushi 1000 times acchi hoti hai rented ghar se...aur kuch chize khushi ke liye hoti hai na ki yield ke liye
