Chirag Paswan’s opposition to Nitish is because he planned a split against the Dalit votes which were consolidated behind Ram vilas Paswan (LJP got 10% votes before this split,now 6%).Chirag opposed this and asked Nitish not to do it.But Nitish moved ahead ignoring Chirag.This made Chirag to contest against JDU seats in 2020 despite BJP placating him. Even in a worst case scenario JDU gets not less than 15% votes similar to DMK getting 25% in worst case scenario(2014 TN parliamentary elections).Hence BJP and JDU are going to gain in 2024 parliamentary elections (BJP-30%+LJP6%+HAM3%+JDU15%=50% for NDA. Without knowing all these details Israel sir is giving a half baked information.
