No contact works. He helped me go through a break up, so glad I listen to this dude. I still think about her and get in my feelings here and there but I feel my masculine energy is stronger than ever because I held my position with the no contact

And I got so caught up in the need and search for closure that I lost contact with myself.😩 No Contact provided the space I needed to put an end to the begging, pleading, and blaming. No Contact provided much needed rest and protection for my mind and my heart as well as a safe space to heal mentally, emotionally, psychologically, physically, and financially. No Contact is worth every minute. Every. Single. Minute.😊

I had to learn that no contact is not to hurt my ex narc, but for me to get right within myself. I love listening to you speak. In this time of no contact, I have learned that my ex narc uses my daughter to learn what I am doing. And my child will not tell me anything about where, who, how they live. I have a female coworker a ride home (both of us have the same employee shirt on) when my child goes back to her moms, the ex narc texts me on my child phone talking shit about "the b***h " I had in my truck. 🤣 🤣 I never replied, and I had to speak with my child again, but I can see the control mom has over child. I have to be careful what I say and show my child,, how sad is that😢 love your videos bro

Same here . Been with a Girl for 9 years . We have a 8 year old Daughter together. Plus she has a 12 year old son from a previous relationship. Her last ex before me (not the boys dad) gets out the Milatry,now she thinks we need to separate. Cool. But since you played me , you make sure he steps up to the plate because IM DONE !!!

It doesn’t have to be years. It could be months of investment. With a sudden withdraw. It can feel like it was years. She ran back to her ex. Recently discovered she has a KZbin channel now.

I wrote last week a comment under one of your videos that my ex keeps reaching out after 1-2 weeks while in no contact and while she is in a rebound. She reached out the next day I commented on ur video again haha. She told me she loves me still and cares, and we got pretty close over texting (we were in a ldr aswell). Then from one day to another she blocked me, saying I can’t be in contact with u anymore cuz of my current BF. LOL! She never blocked me before so I guess it’s over now. I will stay no contact forever now, I’m sick of being played by her
