I feel badly for her because I think people forget that her family was her normal. Seeing them do all of those things to their faces and bodies was the norm. If she had a family that embraced their flaws and told her how she was beautiful naturally I doubt she’d feel the need to do that.

100%. The Kardashians did not ask to be the beauty standard society put them there. Nobody had to follow the KJ lip challenge or get bbl’s to look like Kim but they did. Kylie was bullied by grown adults as a child about her appearance when she was just a teenager and then people wondered why she changed her appearance and didn’t want to be completely upfront about it. This all stems from jealousy that people don’t have the ability to change what they don’t like about themselves in the same way wealthy people can. It’s insane

For anyone confused about why she still continues to read comments that are so negative, this is what insecure people do. It’s the equivalent to people who feel bad about their weight, for example, so they scroll through IG pictures of thin people and compare themselves to them. Instead of just putting the phone down. It’s psychological self h@rm that they’re doing. And people do get addicted to physical SH. Thats why people like her are addicted to harming themselves mentally instead of doing things to help prevent themselves from further damage.

Agreed, the Kardashians grew up during the worst era of beauty standards and their (original) natural appearances have been disparaged by society (media, peers, and parents) long before plastic surgery became more accessible. They’re famous due to their beauty, somewhat entertaining personalities, and excellent marketing yet because everyone is so fixated on their appearances and “lack of talent,” they’ve begun to attach their self-worth and income around visual beauty and vanity. They’re told their only valuable if they’re pretty, their appearances are being criticized by millions of people everyday, they feel pressured to change or “improve” their appearance through plastic surgery/impossible diets/unhealthy gym workouts, and then get comments about how “they never should have changed,” “they were more beautiful before,” or “Kim’s too obsessed about looking older” as if the world hasn’t been nitpicking their appearances over the last 20 years. This topic, the Kanye situation, and Taylor Swift bs are the few things I’ll ever defend the KarJenners for.

I personally disagree, you can win as a parent if you affirm what they were born as from the very beginning. Setting principles and values that will make them into an upstanding citizen but much more a better version of yourself. And if after all that they’re grown enough to make such a life changing decision you don’t have to support them but let them know that they’re always going to have a mother or a father to go back to and that they’re always welcome in your home. What’s more important is your children having a community to go back to and that community wanting the best for them and not doing things for the sake of their children’s desires or the notions being imposed be media whether it’s transitioning or any form of life changing surgeries and injections.

Someone asked me how I got my lips to look like that too, and I was so thrown back about that question because it's natural. Incoming Rant: Yes, to a certain degree, it's the parent's fault for allowing it when she was young. But celebrity aside, there are some young kids out there, whose parents tell them that there are beautiful/handsome on a regular; then they'll go to school and have 1 kid call them ugly, and it's the end of the world. If some of those kids had the funds for it, I have a feeling that they'd go behind their parents back and "work" on it. The doctors that are performing these surgeries should be held accountable for their unethical practices. How the fuck did a 16 year get a butt injection. Fine/jail those doctors.

As a mother, you can't win. So you don't try to win. You try to support your kids emotionally. There's no way in hell that I would've allowed my kids to get a major surgery like this. You're brain doesn't stop growing until about age 27. You cannot make this kind of decision foe yourself at such a young age. For anyone who wants to transition and I mean ANYONE, therapy should be a REQUIREMENT. Its not to change your mind. Its to address what's going on in the present so you can be prepared for the future. And that's what's missing imo. The emotional part of making such a huge change. I feel for this child because their parents should NEVER have allowed this.

Well also at the same time I definitely agree as a family they should have tried mentally and emotionally can supporting her enough for her to hopefully become more confident and be okay with it and live to move past it. But we also know that family likes being in the Forefront the family everyone knows. Does one person say the Kardashian's is like a national royal family. In the way of how we know a lot about their lives their constantly followed they are looked to set standards they treat themselves as they are the standards. I hate how horrible people are being mean to Kylie. They said she was built like a box and had no lips. She was like 17 when she got her face and body done, a CHILD! So the fact that people are blaming her and her family for so called “changing the beauty standards” is crazy. People don’t want to admit that they’re insecure and they don’t have the money to fix their insecurities like these celebs. It isn’t Kylie’s fault.

It comes to the critique on doctors I don't really feel that situations like getting surgeries and all this other stuff really falls on them because most of the time what people need is fucking therapy or a counselor that's why I like I know a lot of trans people and lgbtq groups tell people to go through the process and not kind of rush it go seek therapy see if it's what you truly want. Cuz once you go to the doctor more likely than not you're probably going to make every argument on why you need it and it's not on them to say no unless a it's illegal B they literally cannot give it to you or see you will die from it all that equates to it being illegal they're not there to be your therapist your counselor or mental health advisor. Because at the end of the day it is a job that's what makes good doctors good is that they do take extra steps to do things but oftentimes like I said by the time you get to that point where you want to transition you think it's the only option. Because it's the flaw with all doctors cuz if you go to a doctor saying you feel all well you feel this you feel that they can say you're completely good but if you keep on telling them you don't feel that way they're going to have to look into it

I’m not gonna lie every time troyce said shame on kris for letting kylie do those procedures when she was still young I was getting more and more pissed off because the same people that judge her and say the same shit are also the ones that condone trans kids changing their gender. But I’m relieved when he mentioned it. 😂✌🏼

Why did these celebrities go looking for negative comments? They can do so much with their money and resources. Learn multiple languages, start different organizations, travel, go back to school….but because they are vain and always looking for validation amongst the common ppl they go looking for this shit. I don’t feel bad for her because she lied and wanted to cosplay a mixed/blk wmn by getting our aesthetics

The thing is, she changed her appearance because of the hate and now she's getting hate for changing and its like wtf! Because also people put the standards on celebs its not like all their fault!

Its the way I HAD NO CLUE shes one year older then me, I thought she was like in her 30s, I didnt think she looked bad for her age , but to know I get told I look 17 or 18....

I think because she’s soo big of a celebrity and being exposed to being a celebrity at such a young age it affects someone. 1 person tells a girl who’s 14-18 years something mean she gets insecure and it’s worse when they’re already insecure about that feature of them. Now imagine millions of people saying the same thing about you, you would wanna fix that insecurity. And I know damn well if anybody had the money they would get shit done too people just hating.

She never said if you get these lip kits you’ll have lips like mine. She just made a makeup brand with the same lip liners/lipstick colors she was using and because people are stupid THEY thought their lips would look like her.

So, i of course have some sympathy, however not much. She has done some really terrible things to people. No one deserves to be bullied tho.

I feel sorry for her because imagine being in a family known for beauty your sister is going into catwalk modelling and you're ridiculed daily because you dont look like them. Of course youre going to change to fit in with them but its not a real change its a change for acceptance. Imo i feel Kris is all favourites, and allocates time with whoever brings in the most money. But at the same time shes still adding to that unrealistic beauty standards of youre not pretty unless you buy my product and you can look like me. She didnt start it but shes still an active member

Any girl can get surgery maybe can’t afford it but if you can’t deal with what god gave you, come on.
