I live in the city and I have a house in the suburbs so yes I enjoy both worlds.

I sense there’s a bias towards the north of ATL. Ever since I’ve moved here in 2016, there seems to be a negative bias toward the city & south Atlanta. Why is that? I’m in the Conyers/Covington area & the amount of building that’s going on out here is STAGGERING! At least 13 single family, townhomes & apartment complexes are going in right now! The metro is spreading in all directions. This blows my state of Ohio away by hundreds of thousands! Amazing!

There is incredible growth happening all over the metro Atlanta area!

I read a recent consensus stating that Georgia is now an urban state, with “rural areas”. It stated 30 years ago, the state was rural, with urban areas. It’s crazy how much the state has grown and developed to quite the empire throughout the state. The article mentioned how this extreme change has completely shifted the politics. You should do a video about how Atlanta is becoming one big megalopolis up I-75 to Chattanooga and 85 north to SC. Recently I took a trip in that direction, and the amount of built up development from Emerson, Calhoun, Ringgold, Cartersville, Dalton etc was insane. Apartments, townhouses and single family homes can be seen on I-75 for miles into Tennessee. Now it feels almost like you never leave the metro, especially since Chattanooga spreads into Ft Oglethorpe and Roseville.

Atlanta has been a doughnut for many years this isn’t news. Also please stop helping people move here, we’re full. - thanks.

It’s a donut that’s being filled. The amount of building that’s going on within city limits is staggering & I’m in Conyers, there’s no less than 13 building projects going on RIGHT NOW with more to come! 🤨😎

We just moved to Flowery Branch from Southern California. One of our sons lives in Duluth. Both areas are really nice! We wish we would have moved out here sooner!

More people moved to Fulton county between 2023 and 2024 than any other county.
@MovingtoGeorgiaАй бұрын
Hmm, that's not what I'm seeing. It did have growth and yet there are many other counties that experienced more growth than Fulton. www.ajc.com/news/business/5-things-to-know-about-metro-atlantas-continued-population-growth/JDUM62JBYRDJZGGWHRVFFWJWMY/

This is completely false. In the last year, the city has grown faster than ANY suburban country.

You can fact check me here...www.ajc.com/news/business/5-things-to-know-about-metro-atlantas-continued-population-growth/JDUM62JBYRDJZGGWHRVFFWJWMY/ You'll see that while people are still moving to Atlanta, the suburbs have more growth. Thanks for watching!
