Only having a pre-made trailer after almost 2 years and not even revealing the series director is just...such odd decision making. Actually, It's stated that season 3 is already in production before they released a teaser (I remembered it's somewhere in January), and the Teaser's animation is officially part of OPM season 3. Therefore, they might release an official trailer this year, which could be in Dec 25 as Christmas gift or in new year

It's hard to say to you honestly, Because they working for several months due tight schedule for season 2. Being animators isn't that easy. It took long months or years to animated it if you are expert at animate so many episodes. but design coloring just no, It tooks long years to make it good especially high quality. However One or the original one punch man author was apparently bad at drawing and Murata is just artist who only redraw One's manga, that's why it's actually good. If Murata never redraw one manga, the animators can do it with bit detailed fixed in body portion and perspective and make it good quality as much they want. That's why season 3 was confirmed in 2025 but never confirmed airing in date, because they genuinely not sure how long it take time to finish it especially Murata draw was too good they having design problems.

Theyve already started production 9 MONTHS AGO compared to the 6 months and theyre not trying to hype it up too heavily unlike last year that turned shit. Yes, an amount of time is indeed be able to fix it. The animation in season 2 wasnt even bad and i have people who actually work in animation unlike you that agree with me, “Probably Pretentious” is one of them. It was just the Compositing team that needed work with the shitty skin color blend thing that is now fixed as shown in the Special Announcement and the new Hero Visuals. They fixed line thickness in the drawings details too and theyve given the characters a more Season 1 feel to them. You wont believe me since youre “not ignorant” yourself, but even that is enough to fix the quality of Season 2. Just be optimistic this time, it doesnt hurt and it gives you a better view on when you actually watch it. If you imagine that a food tastes bad, it will taste bad the very second you try it. Well, until the actual taste kicks in.

Yes it was and the only one keeping it together was kenichiro aoki and if you think a high quality manga like opm deserves animation like that when csm exist then I guess that’s you. As I’ve said before no amount of time will help opm if talent isn’t working on the show and it seems likely that that is the case. The teaser was better than season 2 for sure but the only thing good about it was the compositing, the line work was inconsistent and the character models didn’t even Matter because of it, also not to mention the fact that it was put together by one animator( God bless kenichiro) says a lot about the production. Season 3 won’t look better than the teaser with maybe a few Sakuga shots and that’s a fact, and the fact that jc staff hasn’t produced anything good other than danmachi speaks volumes of what opm s3 will look like . Danmachi looks better than opm season two and that’s the least of what I expect from season 3 and they probably won’t deliver that, so why would I be satisfied with a half cooked meal if the ingredients (the manga) are top tier.
