Baker has weapons on weapons on weapons. Don't sleep on him being in the MVP convo by the end of the year. Even a halfway decent run game changes the world for Mayfield and somehow Evans still is not in that elite WR convo even though he absolutely is. I think people are gonna be really shocked by how Whitehead coming back to join Winfield is going to make such an impact on the defense. One thing that is also being undervalued is how close this Bucs team is. Bake Show said he is on the closest team he has ever been on. The chemistry and culture that they have created at One Buc Place is something that is being slept on even more than the magic of Jason Licht as the GM that built the roster and staff. This team went from being one of the oldest teams to one of the youngest on the fly, while still winning the division, and they did it through the draft. Everybody wants to give the credit for the SB to Brady and Arians but it was all orchestrated by the GM of the decade and he continues to show that he knows how to build a winning franchise and culture. This fanbase deserves everything we are getting and maybe, just maybe after this year, we will finally get the respect, too.

I think, regarding Mayfield - IMO, it's been much more his bad circumstances than his head. You mentioned a few of the bad circumstances, but there were many more. (No time to build chemistry. Offensive systems not built to his skill-set. Bad O-lines. Only half the reps in preseasons.) All of these things are improved, plus he's gonna have additional play options at the line-of-scrimmage. Baker is gonna shred the league this season!

Tampa has been to the playoffs the last 4 years, 1 of which they won the Superbowl.. - Because their market is split with so many other transplants (people not from FL moving here still root for their teams.)
