This guy Liam Coen is a gem. Did you hear his philosophy “we’re not out here just running plays, there is a human element that gets lost.” In other words, he said he wants the guys to have ownership, and he understands their motivation of “ the why” of why they are playing, playing for their families, playing for each other, and looking at the sideline, playing for coaches as well, Bowles, and Coen, one big family. I know football is battle, and can be very intense, but I hope they are playing to glorify The Lord as well. He is not prideful as most coaches where it’s either their way or the highway, Coen takes inputs from players and it’s a team collaboration on each play and what each player likes. This breeds high morale and high respect among players and coaches. Happy for him, Bowles, Baker, and GM Licht, and whole team.

also he seems to be good at designing plays to allow the players strengths to shine, so many people are talking about how losing canales was a major loss for the bucs, and i dont think so anymore, canales was too stubborn in the run game imo at times, liam seems like he has more exciting plans in place then "establish the run at any cost"
