Hi there, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and find them very interesting and informative. I’m sure you would be aware that not everyone contemplating North Cyprus is for investment only. My personal situation is for Retirement and would love to see you producing a comprehensive video on this subject matter ie Visa requirements,Types of accommodations for the elderlies,Health insurance,Hospitals availability etc…I do understand that It is a time consuming subject matter, however,many other countries that want to attract retirees have gone to great lengths to provide all necessary information for decision making. Of course I understand that your prime objective is Real Estate, however,legality,healthcare etc…are part and parcel of a new life in a new country. If you have the time to produce such a video,I’m sure it would be invaluable information to many people.

We just need to know how the process starts, and how long it will take, also we have no property to buy, so we will be renting property for the time being. An unusual opinion about investments. Did you buy any property in North Cyprus and had a bad experience in investing?

@@propertynorthcyprus I ve got 22 year investing experience in 8 countries. Puting your money in residential properties is the worst investment you could ever make. It will only help retail investors to keep their money as the best scenario on the long run. The best way to do some money out of real estate besides development or land speculationts is investing in ETF associated with real estate. Now it is the time to take short position BTW.

@@propertynorthcyprus As your video is in english i suppose you are targeting western audience. But you are giving no explanation at all why would those guys should prefer investing in Northern Cyprus vs lets say Greece, Southern Cyprus, Portugal or Spain. Price per square meter of construction is just one of the parameters to be considered. What about comparing taxation on buying, owning, selling? How fast you can kick out somebody who stops paying rent? What happens when you pass away? What happens if you find some ocupas in your property in Northern Cyprus? When I hear from NC realtors that getting deed on a property takes up to 18 months, and there is a chance that you got rejected, it scares me out. So why should people with western ties invest in NC?

To some extent you are definitely right - property investment is mostly for those who prefer reliable investments, albeit with lower returns. But the point is here in North Cyprus you get returns faster due to market growth, which is not in a stagnation phase. Also here all the processes of buying property are much easier compared to the countries you mentioned and taxes are lower. About title deeds - yes, it takes time to get one if you buy something under construction, but still you own your property according to your contract. Chance to get rejected happens if only information was not checked properly before buying, otherwise it’s not possible.
