Utopian democracy is different from practical contemporary democracy existing in India. It is very convenient for the opposition to compare an incumbent Government running the evolving Indian democracy with an ideal democracy which may exist in Scandinavian countries. So all political parties are evolving with this sub-optimal democracy at a macro level. Sibalji knows it very well.
