Tip for opening that packaging. You’ll think I’m nuts, but use a manual can opener! Just clamp it onto the edge, and crank your way around the package. Then you can peel the package right off!

Diana, I too am a Type A. My husband is more like Dawn. Instead of labels, my thing is spreadsheets. Our first vacation together, I made two spreadsheets: things to pack and places to go. My husband just about had a breakdown! He couldn't handle that much structure in his life. The next vacation, he said, "No spreadsheets!" I told him, in that case, he'd better pack his own clothes since I might forget something. He said fine, that he would. He forgot his shoes, his belt, and a couple of less important things. We had to run to a men's store to get them. (They were for a dressy dinner.) Cost us well over $200 for everything. There were also two places we would have liked to have gone but didn't because I hadn't done any research to schedule outings. The next vacation, the first words out of his mouth were, "Have you started the spreadsheets yet?"

Dawn and Diana, I have truly been enjoying your videos and both of you! Diana, about 23 years ago, I took our live Christmas tree (after the season) and cut all the branches off, and attached a large branch to it to make an Easter cross. It goes in a Christmas tree stand in the same place as the Christmas tree was displayed. At the beginning of lent, I drape purple cloth on the horizontal branch and around the tree stand/base. On Good Friday the cloth is swapped for black, and on Easter Sunday, the family wakes up to white cloth. It is a beautiful way to celebrate the entire Easter season, and a great visual reminder to all. I have used the same one every year since.

I need to get a labeler!!😂 We celebrated Passover at our Passover Seder last night. It is always SUCH an awesome and humbling event to experience through all of the 5 senses, remembering and appreciating Yahovah God's provision and protection for the children of Israel in the Old Testament and the covenant He made with His people then and the renewed covenant He made with His people in the New Testament when He became flesh, as Yahshua (Yahovah is our salvation), Jesus, and was the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. We have so much hope and life, because of the great love He has for us!! Praise God!!🙌💜 If you ever have a chance to attend a Messianic Passover Seder, you will love it so much!!🥰

I made an Easter tree when my children were young. I cut a small tree...like 4 ft tall from the woods..it did not have leaves on it. I spray painted the tree bark white, put it in a cheap terracotta pot that I had painted pink and added a few tiny white Christmas lights. From there we would make Easter shaped cookies ...crosses, bunnies, churches, ect....some to eat...but some to decorate the tree with. Hung everything with ribbons. We put a small birds nest we found the year before on the branches. Added plastic eggs with Bible verses in them. The children loved it and now at 28 and 32 they still talk about that tree🙂

I went searching for videos to help me move to more joy through having less and did not also expect to find messages that expanded my connection to scripture and connected my soul to Christ so directly, too . I shared this video with some loved ones. One of them felt Diana's message have added meaning to a song I love called "Peace in Christ" that has the lyrics "He gives us hope when hope is gone. When I was young (in the 1960s) , my grandparents came to visit us from Germany. It was Easter time, and my Opa (grandfather) took Easter eggs (blown-out colored shells) and tied them outside our house on the rose bushes with colored ribbons. We lived in Massachusetts, so it was still cold and the rose bushes were pretty much just thorny sticks at that time. The eggs dressed up the thorns with the hope of resurrection- and that is a memory that has stuck with me all my life.

I have eventually removed the labels, because now everyone knows what's in what cabinet or drawer.

What a great message Diana, looking to the living, especially with the doom and gloom of the last 12months. "He is risen indeed"
