We lived in Central Europe for 3 years. Kids were way more mannerely,, kind, respectful. We didn't feel unsafe even in "rough" areas in some of the cities. We're back in the States now and I'm telling you, this lady had a point.

I was treated far better in Germany -- which I lived for about a decade - than the US. One German who had spent time in the US even remarked this to me. And it's true. In the US, many strangers see me as a "criminal". In Germany, for the most part, quite the opposite. Night and day. Why is that?

One thing I've learned the past few years is how utterly pointless it is to attempt to engage or reason with any of these people; on either side of the argument. You have exactly zero chance of changing any minds so any effort to do so is wasted. Andrew talks a lot about taxation and economic freedom and those are important matters to be sure but I personally, being retired and already quite financially secure, am less concerned about those things and more focused on things like polarization, cultural rot and societal decay. That is what I want to get away from. I have neither the desire nor the energy to spend my golden years in that kind of poisonous environment. You want to call me a quitter and a traitor for doing so? Fine, knock yourself out. I'll try to find a couple of spare minutes sometime to give a f*ck about what you think.

Addressing the first paragraph: It really is a new phenomena. You can pick nearly any arbitrary point in US history, over say a decade ago, and find a healthy amount of bipartisan stuff going on but now that is rare. To be fair there has always been a bit of bickering back and forth and mostly about what I think is largely meaningless stuff in practical terms but now we're getting that bickering over really important things that never would have happened in the past. In addition to this there is what I call "recreational outrage" and it happens on both sides, I can point to ample examples. That is where someone just makes up something and then gets outraged by the nonsense they made up. This nonsense is always directed at the "other side" which pisses them off because it is nonsense that makes them look really bad if someone is gullible or doesn't bother to fact check things. Recreational outrage is almost a new sport. If I disagree with a point made by a person who is labeled as a conservative then obviously I must be against every conservative person and conservative idea, similarly if I disagree with a person who is labeled as a liberal then obviously I must be against every liberal person and every liberal idea. The issues are this "us vs them" mentality, a lack of nuance, and recreational outrage.

I'm from Turkey and yes the country has been going through some rough time due to close-minded conservative lunatics running it for awhile now. On the other hand, I've got a US Visa and yet I'm still here. No offense to fellow Americans but the USA has gone too far from being efficient or even adequate at pretty much all things that matter. My advice to those who disagree will be the same with that freedom guy, go ahead and see the other side. See Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Luxembourg, UAE, and honestly I've had amazing days in Shanghai China, that was incomparable to say New York City.

Both far left and far right make me want to leave for greener pastures. That, along with how my business attempts have gone so far, have made me genuinely consider better offers elsewhere. I don't like being forced into national identities or cultures. I'd rather be anchored to my living locations because of tax reprieves, beneficial deals, and preferential business arrangements because I can break those chains if those deals/arrangements ever stop flowing. According to genealogists, for (almost) the entire history of humanity, most women have successfully reproduced, whilst a far far smaller percentage of males have bequeathed their genetic sequence to proceeding generations. Due to the gradual phasing-out of polygamous marriages in even the most conservative societies, as well as the eradication of poverty in most every country, more and more men (as well as women) have been producing offspring. Thus, the human genome has rapidly become adulterated by inferior genetic material (that is, DNA from truly pathetic, uxorious beta-males, bisexuals, and even homosexual couples who engage surrogate mothers or sperm donors in order to conceive children - something of a rare occurrence in previous centuries/millennia). For centuries, breeders of elite animals such as horses, cattle, and dogs, have known that selecting the finest examples of a breed of animal will result in offspring with desirable characteristics. For example, present day thoroughbred horses boast a pedigree of the best-available horses from the seventeenth century. Such breeders are willing to pay enormous sums of money merely to hire the fastest stallions on earth in order for them to mate with their mares. In the case of we humans, women have traditionally chosen the most competent and masculine men with whom to bear children, and in general, have totally eschewed those males who displayed effeminate traits, and who showed themselves incapable of properly supporting a nuclear family. Unfortunately, due to rapid moral decay over the past few decades, Western women have become extremely sexually promiscuous, resulting in a multiplication of unwanted progeny (and, of course, an escalation of abortions). Boys born to single mothers often lack proper male roles models and invariably become feminized, unable (and often unwilling) to continue a strong lineage of progenitors. The solution to this problem is simply to ensure that society adheres to the principles of DHARMA (see the Glossary definition of that term, as well as Chapter 12). Unsurprisingly, the majority of leftists find it difficult to accept the fact that their criminal mentality is largely inherited (and of course, they are unwilling to acknowledge the blatantly-obvious fact that their ideologies and practices are intrinsically sinful, wicked, evil and immoral in the first place!). It seems the consensus amongst leftist “intellectuals” is that every human mental trait is due entirely to one’s environmental conditioning and social milieu, rather than as a consequence of BOTH one’s genetic sequence and one’s life-long conditioning - a fundamentally-flawed assertion that cannot be scientifically supported. I would not be surprised if the typical leftist would believe that, if the parents of the twentieth century communist tyrant, Joseph Stalin, and the parents of the Divine Incarnation, Lord Jesus Christ, had somehow crossed the time barrier, and exchanged their baby boys shortly after their birth, that Stalin would have grown to become a Prophet for God, whilst Christ would have become a murderous, left-wing dictator! This term was very reluctantly used in the chapter on feminism. I say “reluctantly” because it is unlikely that the term will perdure for many decades longer. This is simple deductive logic, since, as clearly demonstrated in certain chapters in “F.I.S.H”, human civilization cannot survive with such leftist practices and ideologies in place. If you happen to be reading this Holy Scripture a century or more after its conception, you will probably be residing in a nation (as opposed to a country) ruled by a monarch, following the implosion of post-modern, decadent societies. So, either the term “leftism” will eventually become redundant and obsolete, or else, human civilization will devolve into a decadent, diseased state of existence similar to that of the prehistoric era, when the peoples of the world resided in caves or shacks, subsisting on whatever food can be sourced from the surrounding bushland. I trust that you who are reading these wise words will endeavour to influence your social circles to adhere to right-leaning ideologies and practices, such as (above all) monarchical governance, an entirely free-market economy, sexual purity, veganism, and all other virtuous principles. Fear not, for God is with you! P.S. As a general rule, it seems (at least anecdotally) that the farther left-leaning is a person, the more physically (and of course, psychologically) UGLY is that person. Unfortunately, that does not seem to prevent leftists from propagating their mutant genes.🤡 N.B. In order to clarify the notion of inheritability, it is not being claimed that an adharmic (far-left) couple will INVARIABLY produce leftist children, but that it is more PROBABLE that they will do so, considering their genetic sequence and the environmental conditioning they are bound to impart to their children, just as two parents with a certain physiological disorder are more likely to generate offspring with that specific disease. In this regards, it is recommended to study introductory texts on epigenetics. 🧬 In my particular case, I was raised by a staunch communist, and so, was indoctrinated to believe that communism was the best course of action for a just society. Indeed, as a teenager, I even volunteered in the election campaign of a socialist politician, who eventually became the Premiere of the state of Western Australia. However, after studying dharma, I came to learn that I was misled by my father in this regard, and that the only system of governance that is dharmic (legitimate) is a divinely-sanctioned monarchy.

I have discussed the topic of retiring overseas with some family, their initial responses are always "why leave here?" or "is it safe there?" Clearly they don't know what they don't know, or they are entirely invested in the America is the best narrative. I've been to places like SE Asia and it was eye opening, more trips there are planned as part of my due diligence. My best efforts to explain my rationale hasn't convinced them, so now I just tell them "you need to experience it to believe it."

Coming from someone who lives in the USA still, there are definite trash elements to living here that are getting worse. It’s not the same place it was 5-10 years ago and is unrecognizable from the 1990s. All for the worse. Is it the worst country? Absolutely not. But it’s not the best in all categories and I’ll venture that it IS the worst on safety for a “developed nation”. US is still probably the best place to still make money with hard work. IMO, the best way to use the US is to come here, earn your money. Live frugally with as many roommates as you can, don’t put down roots. Invest as much money as you can and leave as soon as you’re making enough money off of your investments to live comfortably in another country.

This is an example of the extremist mentality that plagues the western world's mindset. Everything has to be awesome or awful with no middle ground. This mindset, or culture if you want to call it that, is why people are correctly calling it trash. Sure there are lots of freedoms and other benefits to the USA, but you could have the nicest car/house/country/whatever and if you fill it with assholes it is still trash at the end of the day. True that the USA is trash these days but I wouldn't characterize patriotism as dumb. No shame at all in loving and being proud of your homeland. I am. But I've learned that one needs to be internationally mobile in these times of increasing government overreach. Globalism changed a lot of things, but having money and being able to run to other countries when trouble comes isn't an end all. If the WEF has it's way then not long from now it won't matter which country you go to.

I am making preparations to expatriate from the US, but not giving up my citizenship. I still love my country and would never think of taking any illegal or treasonous actions against it. I served 27 years in the military, some in combat. I get the "you need to stay and fight" speech from about 1/3 of the people who know my plans. Ironically, some of them already living overseas themselves. It is a very emotional and non-pragmatic mindset. In my mind, I served my nation and simply wish to retire elsewhere now. I still pay taxes and am not doing anything wrong by US law, or even shady. But, you cannot escape the people who keep saying "stay and fight."

Hello Andrew. I think that you explore and bring insights to important topics that are rarely discussed in media or on open forums. I appreciate these videos and the discussions that they generate. I should mention that I live in the US, but I've lived in the EU (France) for several years, have EU (Irish) citizenship that I've attained several years ago, and plan to live in Ireland for at least half of the year during my upcoming retirement (semi-retirement actually). If every single one my freedoms where protected and respected I might consider staying and keeping my wealth in country like the USA or Australia in exchange for a premium level of taxation. That's certainly not the case so I left. I feel more free when I'm in Eastern Europe and my lifestyle is far higher than if I was in the USA or my country of birth Australia. The combination of increasing investment returns, lowering taxes and lowering the cost of living literally supercharges your standard of living.

To defend the basketball player to an extent, as a member of the most targeted group for hate crimes in the USA (not the basketball players group or whoever he thinks he's talking about), yeah, they would rather waste their time. I served in the US military and I've always thought that extreme patriotism and nationalism(different but kinda similar) were irrational. To me it is less rational than an extreme pride in one's physical appearance and most people consider that narcissistic. Not everything has to be rational and a good amount of what people do is actually pretty irrational depending on the point of view but in general extreme patriotism and nationalism is a lot like someone saying McDonald's is the best restaurant in the world. While someone is within their basic human rights to hold that subjective opinion, it is not true in any objective sense of the word if it is compared to almost any other group of restaurants. In fact to even make that statement one has to do some pretty serious mental gymnastics.

@@cebastiensamedi wow, I apologize too. I also didn't take into consideration how strange it may appear to someone from a different culture. So I'll try to explain as best as I understand. I'm a stereotypical heterosexual American male, I wouldn't label myself as woke or anything, but I do see there being a concept of a "third sex". While literally speaking the overwhelming majority of the human species, and all other mammals(most reptiles too) have binary sexes which we label as male/female(obviously, not insulting anyone's intelligence with that hopefully) culturally there are many incidents throughout time and space where there was a concept of a "third sex" which is somewhere between the two literal/objective sexes of the species and isn't really one or the other per se. In Hawaiian culture, where I grew up, and most other Polynesian cultures the word used to describe a person who is attracted to the same sex is "mahu" and a trans person would be "mahu-mahu" which the word "mahu" would literally translate into "balance" as in like old school balance scales. So in Hawaiian culture a mahu-mahu, or trans person, was seen as being balanced on two levels whereas so-called normal people were seen as being biased or polar on one end or the other of a spectrum. Basically people back in the day would go to mahu-mahu to try and work out interpersonal problems, or basically like a tribal relationship counselor or something, and because they were seen as being able to see from both the male and female biased perspective. Thai culture is an example of one who has had a tradition of trans for a long time too and is often called "lady boy" or something like that. Some cultures it is wrong and some it isn't. I say if it is wrong in one culture but not in another and nobody's getting hurt then it is objectively not wrong. Just because some people don't like something doesn't mean it is wrong in any objective sense of the word.

@@crypticnomad Thanks to you, i have learn a couple of new things today. In my culture and country the concept of transitioning from a gender to another doesn't really exist, it's fairly new to me. I have tried to make it make sense to me, but couldn't. At the end, i do respect people choices, even tho i cannot fully grasp their logic. Sometimes it's deeper than that, i can't imagine how hard it is to feel trap in the wrong body, and i understand why people try to find ways to love themselves and feel comfortable in their own skin. I'll try to be more respectful with my words in the future.

I agree with you 100%. I had a conversation with my neocon pastor (at the time) years ago, who practically worshipped GW Bush. I told him how wrong Bush was on so many fronts, and how we were losing ALL of our freedoms in America, and how it was worse under Bush since 9-11 than it had been even under Clinton, etc., and he told me that if I didn't like America, that I should just pack my things and go to Iran or North Korea.
