Why people are moving to Knoxville

Because they are priced out of Nashville, TN. It's also centrally located in the SE Region of the Country.

You definitely don't have to be priced out of Nashville to choose Knoxville over Nashville. Real estate prices are definitely a factor, but there are several good reasons to pick Knoxville or Chattanooga over Nashville.

I can tell you as a Musician (formerly Pro) Id rather live in Knoxville than Nashvilles woke, Maren Morris crap. And if there are LESS Millenials Im IN!!!

They are moving here because it's in a low tax state with a good economy, it isn't crowded, and it isn't woke. Additionally, there's abundant natural beauty in all directions from Knoxville, and there's UT and a nice mix of commerce. I come in contact with double digit recent arrivals every day at work, and these are the factors that I hear most.
