Peoples quiting jobs for 3 reasons 1)- their ancestors land prices gone in crores, so no need for job. Already property is worth crores 2)- many entering in stock market and leaving their job. 3)- peoples see KZbin as new earning source.

Another reason of increasing stress is increasing expenses, for facilities. Previously it was easy to have some facilities, now those facilities getting expensive day by day. Hotel room which was valuable before 3k now available at 10k. Flights, train tickets getting expensive. Bread was available at Rs 25 now at Rs55. Although very small but all thing make impact on person life. Rent rises from 25k to 40k. Ek 50k kamane wala kaha jayega agar rent par hai toh

But Government, public sector banks and PSU employees are king. Salary revision in every 5 years with lots of allowances. For example a driver of govt bank now earns 1 lakh per month with very little work. Whereas private bank officers get less than 50 thousand per month with high targets and risks.

As per my opinion most common reason is work life balance. I know most of the support Job is only with donkey work and there is no work life balance along with long hectic login hours... Job me work life balance hona jaruri he agar wo nhi he to us job me maja nhi he... And most of the cases me ye missing hota he to issue aata he. That's reason people quite.

I will share some stats.. India has close to 8 crore creators out of which only 1.5 lakh earn money. And when I say they earn it's between Rs 16,000 to 2 lakhs monthly and some obviously 2 lakhs plus. Now when we talk about such earnings how many of them actually earn a massive amount... Very few. May be 0.01% of the entire community of creators. So I feel such videos are misleading and show a wrong picture to youth! Not everyone can be a carryminati Or ashish chanchalani Or bhuvan bam. And nowadays people say do business. But my question to them is does business guarantee stress free life? Is it a cake walk? Business is a 24*7 job.. U are accountable and responsible to your investors, customers, government, etc. Job mein you are accountable to your seniors and bosses.! Now people will say Govt job is best.. Waha bhi aaj kal pressure hain, the system is bureaucratic, you don't get pensions, der is no so called corruption(upper kisi kamai). I would say find a job Or business which suites your passion so dat u will enjoy working and not be stressed out in life!

What I have found is, it is not the company which is causing such pain to us, but the people we are working for. Leaders are very much toxic now a days. The leave portal is directly being controlled by supervisors/managers, they are putting holiday on the day they have made us work (khud hi dala leave unhone and fir khud hi approve kar diya), rating is fully controlled by them, stacks don't matter, we, taking no leaves, working on which ever holiday possible is no worth to them. [Angrez kaha kar rahe ab zurm, ye toh apne hi bande hai jo azadi chiin rahe hai]

First of all unemployement rate in India is high .... No one is quiting job these days, in corporate sector/IT sector lay-off is going on... Its the time to update your skill set.... Hiring and firing both going on, but mostly layoff rate is high.... Bhai ye youtube, foodvolger, ka chakkar mai maat padoo 😂😂😂ye log golgope, vadapao redyy lagane koo startup bool te hai... If job available for a skill X is 1000 and all the 1 lakh people become expert in the skill required for that Job then how much people will get that job?? All the people? or still there will be people jobless? Skill update won't do a thing unless you understand the concept of demand and supply. Unfortunatley ignorant people keep increasing the supply only. This cycle makes the life of even highly skilled people very toxic and vulnerable. And I'm sure you can't even list 5 skills here that has more demand than supply in the Indian market in today's scenario. I'm tired of reading lame comments of people like uplift your skill, Be a performer, lauda lahsun? people getting laid off from google and facebook are not skilled enough??? If supply is more than even you godly skill won't matter shit for the employers.

I don't know other sectors but if u r working in sales industry, then definitely ur life is hell , constant pressure to achieve Targets , abusive language, n threat to terminate u if u r not achieving ur Targets , overtime no personal life no leaves plus they always use false methods to do more sales to achieve Targets .N hnn jo apne skills ko upgrade krne ki btt kr rhe hi skills upgrade kro so lifetime yhi krte rhoge kya , i mean full day 11 se 12 hrs job jisme 1 hr traveling up n down total 13 se 14 hrs aise hi chle gye room pe akr khne ka mnn nhi krta hi , Sunday milta hi toh usme aram krta hi ya apne mnn ka koi km kr leta hi , problem is that corporates training nhi Dena chahti hi unhe chahiye hr waqt candidates readymade kl koi person new skill ke sth Aya tmhe htakr us e rkhlenge aur yhi usi employee ke sth aage hogi n cycle goes on . Corporates only look profits they don't care about any other thing n for achieving profits they do anything. Aur yhi insecurity create krta hi n log apni acchi jobs chor kr govt job ki trf bghte hi . I know pressure govt jobs mei bhi hi but aj bhi govt job mei ek btt hi woh hi security jo hmesha rhegi n koi change aya toh unhe training milegi na ki unhe replace kr dia jyega new candidate se yhi diffrence aa jta hi bhut bda private n govt sec mei , aur jiske upr responsibility ho usko security hi dikhti hi n security hi toh income ka source bhi continue rhega . Aur mujhe bki countries ka nhi pta but India mei corporates mei itna toxic environment ka hone ka ek bhut bda reason mujhe jo lgta hi woh hi overpopulation, india mei overpopulation ki wjh se corporates ko kchre ki trh candidates mil jte jin se pehle khub choos ke km liya jta hi aur jb unhe lga unke tm km ke nhi ho woh tumhe replace kr denge becoz unhe pta hi ki candidates ki kmi nhi hi India mei n woh low pay pe tmse km krwate hi n job sbko chahiye apni life chalane ke liye isliye woh isi majboori ka fyda uthate hi , they treat u as labours , sff bolte hi agr tmne kuch kha ki krna hi kro wrna jao tmhri jgh koi aur aajygea candidates ki kmi nhi hi , aur ye tmhe jyda corporates mei dekhne ko milengi aur agr tmhre corporate mei aisa nhi hi toh acchi btt hi .
