Purchased my ST250 on the 9th January, had it delivered to my front door in south east Queensland on the 29th January! Bought a centre stand, had some questions about the fit, had a response back within 24 hours and a follow up phone call, all fitted now! Loving my bike ❤

Loving the transparency from you Brad. Never seen this much passion for product from any other manufacturer. Not many customers get to interact with the CEO of the company that manufactured their bike. Ordered my Moto4 last week, was told estimated to arrive at your warehouse this week. So pumped for that delivery update text ;) the customer service particularly from Lisa, has been awesome. I flick a text through and I get a call back within the hour. I've read through all the issues the moto4 has had and it's not deterred me, most of it is just easy stuff to fix and will give me an excuse to get right into the bike and learn how to fix things and how everything works. Been riding for 8 years now, never owned a brand new bike before. Glad to be a part of the braaap family ❤️

One thing i can say for Brad is that you can tell he is passionate about his products and believes in his product to which is awesome i have seen most of the reviews on braaap bikes by tempcitz and no faults in the quality of the bikes. It is awesome to see an Aussie company making it in the Aussie market and i hope one day to see Braaap on the world stage taking on the big boys. Go Braaap.

Good on ya mate for addressing these issues. Can see you're losing sleep over this. Hope you don't burn out dude! Many companies just refuse to have an online presence and will not respond to all the madness. I don't fault them for that either, shit gets crazy, however I commend you for putting in the effort to stand up and defend your integrity and state your goals and intentions. I'm a satisfied customer and have been happy with responses to any questions and issues I've had. I will say that you have delivered on your claim of value for money with the MotoE. It's serving me well.

I appreciate your honesty here. I was ready to buy then looked up online opinions and it made me back off. I'd love to see a Royal Enfield Meteor v Braaap 400 cruiser comparison on KZbin soon. I love the price on the Braaap cruiser but there's no negative feedback on the Enfield.

I'm a long term Braaap rider, I have 2, and happily waiting on the st400 list, so a third one on the way. I also live in a house with 10+ different motorbikes, so I'm no stranger to different styles and brands of bikes and what to expect. My one and only frustration is that Braaap is so stubborn with the "were not here to teach you" idea, that theyre adverse to providing proper owner information. Even trying to buy parts on the website, the parts have absolutely zero info on them. No measurements or anything. The amount of times I've bought something and its been too short or not fit at all. And recently the SKU codes were all removed too. Love my bikes so much, plan on sticking around in the community and I always positively contribute in the Facebook groups and try to support others. I've let potential new owners come around to try out my bikes out to see if they like them first. Ill even pull upto other braaap riders in the street because we get a lot of shit from other people for our bike choices and I like to show those people some support instead of negativity. I just wish so badly that it wasn't such a slog to find out care information and fix parts. I'm not coming at it from a "I'm a beginner and I want the info so I can learn" perspective, I'm coming at it from a "I've built a few bikes and I'm JUST trying to fix this issue but you don't sell the part and theres no info on the part and I went to the shop in person and they gave me something that doesn't fit" perspective.

Great feedback thanks mate. We have decided to publish tonnes more support content from torque settings to "how to's" but its certainly one of those ones where we are hoping to partner with a training organisation to help new riders by offering courses etc. Many dont want to learn anything and just use service centres for maintenance but a tonne love DIY so we are figuring out how to make it awesome for them. Also we've invested in 3 extra staff this year to improve the info listed on the website products so your feedback is welcomed and will be read out at the next online team/support team/parts team meeting which is actually this arvo :)

Having ridden bikes since the 80's, I think the ST250 looks like a cool little machine that really fills a niche. It's just such 1960's no brain engineering. If you're into the idea of tinkering and learning how a motorcycle works, the ST would be a good candidate and besides, 250 singles are a fair bit of fun to ride.

I recently looked at buying a second hand ST250 and wanted some info to perform and inspection and find cost for parts. Info like compression spec, cost of parts that I knew were broken from the advertisement. I was very pleased with the speed and level of information provided to help me in my inspection. I knew what the added cost to me would be to fix the bike if it made sense. After receiving the details and the cost of the parts that would be needed - I did not purchase that particular bike. too much wrong once seen in person and a new bike seemed a better option in this instance. However the information provided made it very easy for me to know what cost I was up for to restore the bike back to a running machine. I now continue to look for a bike in better condition for purchase. Knowing how easy and quickly I can get the info from the support team makes me feel far less sceptical and provides a level of confidence to know I cn repair the bike back to a road worthy condition with relative ease. Paul and Andrea at the PWS dealer in frankston were very helpful and very easy to talk too.

I wonder whether Braaap should take something like the ST400 and make a premium or custom model with higher grade suspension/brakes etc. I think that with careful consideration, they could turn out a machine to compete with the likes of Royal Enfield. My mate is buying the 250 on the weekend. I'm looking forward to having a ride.

I was going to pick up a used st250 yesterday. It had leaky front forks. Before I paid up I checked with some mechanics in sydney, one who does my Shadow 750 and was told that there are very few mechanics that will work on braaps. Put me off a bit and I had to pull out of the deal. Sad, as my son on his 'L' was pretty disappointed.

There is a list of mechanics on support.braaapmotorcycles.com and usually it’s franchise affiliated mechanicals that won’t work on them but independent mechanics will

Me and my mate bought Cruiser 400s from the first batch. His was completely faultless, and he was really happy with it until it was written off. Mine has no power socket, has a pretty bad shake over 80km/h, gear shifter assembly fell off on the Highway, clutch has slipped since the first day and just recently the rear brake caliper has started dragging (glowing and smoking when I got home). 1300km and it will now collect dust for ever because I don’t want to sell it to someone knowing the problems I have had with it.

@@braaaponline Because I am in Brisbane, I tried two different bike mechanics to look at it and they both told me to take it back to the dealer. Is there a dealer I can take it to that isn’t in Victoria? If there is they can have for whatever the trade value is, I have already bought something else and Kawasaki would not take it as a trade in.

I have a moto3. I like the bike. My only issue with it is that doing 70 kph the poor thing is reving it's bum off. Also, how come the LED lights are cut off. I know the "replacment" indicators are probably an Aussie standard thing, but couldn't they be an Addon. Run both?
