Sup, I'm the guy who literally got clapped in the last battle. 30:18 the Drifblim is tera psychic with Psychic because for whatever reason not even Male Indeedee's 252 Sp.atk specs Psychic in psychic terrain can ohko Iron Hands. The Talonflame+Garchomp combo lead is what I go for whenever I see a dark type that Indeedee and Drifblim can't handle, like Tyranitar. 31:36 When that happened I was like F*** he's going to know I'm choice banded now, so that was actually bad for me lol. 33:13 and this is why I'm bad at pokemon. I should've just hit the new Raikou looking thing. 34:35 Nah, it's Rugaru + Gorilla, that's what that means. And it doesn't have trick room. It's max speed scarf with Instruct. In Tailwind It outspeeds H-Liligant in sun and lets Garchomp ko with earthquake twice and avoid getting hit because of telepathy. That was the idea. Anyway, Respect to Moxie for not losing to my b.s. 😅

Either the devs thought snow defense up + aurora veil + hail would be too strong (it really wouldn't have been) or they hate ice types Either way ice types deserve more than what their offered

@@Boney_Paladin I could tolerate Aurora Veil being removed instead of losing the chip. Veil was the defense bonus locked behind a move essentially.

I think the issue was only ice types didn't take chip from hail so snow would either need to make more types not take chip or remove the chip otherwise it'll limit team building

As an Urshifu hater since reg D started, it makes me sad that Raging Bolt is one per game exclusive version to Scarlet while I have Violet, but at least the mere fact that this great necked dino exists at the hands of other players being able to reduce the usage of Urshifu makes me somewhat happy.

Y’all talked crap on Kieran’s team but it was actually a decent team outside of Incineroar. The lead was kinda cool and could catch you out, Porygon-Z literally just 1 shots you if you don’t resist hyper beam, and grimmsnarl is just a good mon. His weakest link was Hydrapple not having a trick room to play in and fighting as a Tera. Even just a better Tera would have been amazing

How is the sand getting buffed besides getting the mole? Doesn’t raging bolt just basically fit in every team especially sun?

If I had to guess, is because Thunderclap and electric/dragon are a very combinient counter to both sun teams (that rely on fire and grass types) and rain teams (that instead rely on flying and water types), while the sand teams get rid of the snow teams, that have the advantage over bolt for a variety of reasons (mainly their access to ice typing, screens, encore and disable)
