Sir people know real estate prices won't decrease. They are not waiting for any crash, they are only waiting for something to come in mid segment, even if with low amenities and high density. So no need to spread FOMO, please give a consensus to builders that they need to bring small ticket flats.

U also missed cycle of flat first seven years increase next 5 years stagnant next year u r stuck.. discount in auto sales now is because of low purchasing power of upper middle class not linked to car model

Won’t say real estate prices will decrease but surely it will remain stagnant and won’t jump 12-15% every year so it will be a time correction. When you take home loan, you pay 8.5% interest every year and principal starts getting deducted after many years. If your property prices don’t increase as home loan interest then it can be seen as a loss

abhi kya hai ki 30 lac 40 lac hote hain jama....unse ye dealer chaman log, down payment karwa kar..fomo dikhwa kar baki croron ka loan chep dete hain....1-2 year tak toh emi wagarah jaati hain...fir job issues, job cuts, medical reasons etc ki wajah se jyadatar log defaulter ho jaate hain....jab defaulters jyada ho jayen, toh price neeche aa jata hai automatically...isliye apna paisa down payment mat karo...ek rupaya bhi nahi...savings karo aur ek waqt aapka aayega jab aap makaan le payenge automatically....dealer ke moon par tamacha lagao

I think property me time correction ayega because IT me last 3-4 years me jitne package bade hai ab nahi baad rahe & mostly metro cities in India is driven by IT sector employees. So might be property k prices stagnate ho jaayee..

but my appeal to 1-1.5 lac monthly salary walon se ye hai ki apna har month kharcha 30-35 thousands rakho...baki saara save laro....10-15 years tak jab aisa karoge, toh aap payenge ki aapke paas makaan se jyada amount ho gaya hai.....fir aapko koi dara nahi sakta...koi fomo nahi hoga aapme.....

Real estate m jo aaj dikh rha vo Shi nii hai. Me expert nii hoon but mene clearly notice kiya hai ye FOMO hai .sabko lag rha abhi le lo ni to baad m milega nii but esa kab tak rhega ,sab loan lete jaa rhe ,baad jaise hi shant baithenge market neeche aayega
