it’s so weird because i have no physical symptoms of acid reflux - just brain fog but i had a random attack where i had to go to the ER bc the acid reflux got in my lung! finally figured out i had silent acid reflux causing brain fog, thank u for ur videos !!

@@maureenmong450 nooo it doesn’t show up on blood tests! i just drank lactose free milk and felt a lot better/the acidity in my stomach went down a bit, yogurt helps a lot too but the daily recommendation is about 1000 mg of calcium and it’s hard to get in your diet unless you eat dairy, a lot of kale or sardines

Nothing worked for my hoarse, phlegmy and painful voice. Reducing acid, eating less acidic foods, PPIs, H2 blockers, voice therapy, allergy medicine, sleeping at an incline, using a humidifier, largynoscpies showed no injury or acid, neither did an endoscopy or vocal stroboscopy. The only thing that helps somewhat is eating a bit clearner and also warm humid weather. But if I talk alot, it just gets worse.

Try taking 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar in warm water with honey 15 minutes before meals. Acid reflux is caused by not enough stomach acid and not enough digestive enzymes being produced. Then food doesn’t get fully digested and the little acid that is in the stomach comes up the esophagus. Apple cider vinegar is fulll of enzymes and acid. Only thing that works for me! PPIs make it sooo much worse in the long run.

Вот да, я тоже убрала очевидные провокаторы рефлюкса (как вы и показали в видео), но все равно изжога остаётся. Но у меня подозрение, что она из-за избыточного бактериального роста в тонком кишечнике, так как даже при громком разговоре (сильнее напрягается живот ) я могу почувствовать изжогу, не после еды. Или при наклоне вниз. Пока врач меня посадил на FODMAP диету, не знаю, поможет ли она, пока только неделю на этой диете.

Symptoms are only LPR on daily basis for the last 5 months not crazy things but in general i have strange hoarse voice on daily basis at any time. My gastroenterologist who did the endoscopy recommended no surgery because my hiatal hernia is very small but symptoms of LPR are there every day(he says is because of my stress and thinking about it all the time-which is true but i cannot do anything about it because i have it ) What i do: I take 1 teaspoon of slippery elm with small portions of tumeric and ginger poweder every morning and dgl chewable 1.5 hours before breakfast, then after 30-45 mins i take my PPIs, and then after 30 mins i take gaviscon dual action. Then after lunch i take my gaviscon dual action.Btw i do eat smaller meals in between breakfast-lunch-dinner (do not know if it is an issue). At night i take dgls 30 mins before my dinner (before 7:30) and then after 30 mins gaviscon dual again. I take some vitamins as well during the day, in the morning after breakfast i take magnesium, vitamin d, vitamin c, probiotics and l-glutamine before taking the PPI. After lunch time i take B complex before i take my gaviscon. I stopped gym, no smoking, alcohol, sweets, coffee lost around 11kgs.

I don’t usually recommend these!! Not enough fiber for healthy bowel movements and gut microbiome support, the diet is mostly fat and protein which are good in the right amounts but in excess could slow motility/stomach emptying further
