Thank you for your shared deep knowledge about this problem. I have learned something that I didn't know about even after an absurd amount of money spent and doc visits, and will try to address it. Imagine asthma + existing food allergies + chronic gerd, it's been a nightmare. Best of luck to you.

It’s terrifying how much this is me. It’s no way to live. I went to my doctor’s office with these symptoms, suggesting it was LPR after watching your videos, and the nurse practitioner who saw me didn’t even know what LPR was and had to Google it herself. I was just diagnosed with Gastroenteritis and referred to a specialist. The specialist denied an endoscopy and put me on a high dose of PPIs.

If you don't consume toxic plant matter, what do you need all of those gut bacteria for? Of course the gut biome changes when you switch to a carnivore diet. You should be FAR more concerned with the loss of gut bacteria caused by antibiotics we tend to consume on a regular basis.

ACV works. What’s real & what’s in text books are diff. Non pharmaceutical remedies are real n legit to the happy people n witnesses. Pharmacy Doctors should be all rounded educated in healing. Dangerous to be narrow minded and granted a life and death license

I’m glad that I ran into your video! I have been suffering with a hiatal hernia/acid reflux for quite some time now probably a year and a half. Currently it’s getting worse. Last night I had the worst experience I had the acid keep coming up into my throat all night long and I probably should have just gotten out of bed and set up the entire rest of the night because this morning I feel like I am sick like I have strep throat or something and it’s because of the burning that the acid did to my throat it’s horrible. Thankfully yesterday I picked up some DGL, and I also have slippery elm on hand. Those along with a liquid diet today, and some throat lozenges are helping a little bit and I’m hoping will allow me to sleep tonight. Western medicine has not been able to help me sadly so that’s why I am here and thankful for your Content.

@venkatsunderam74273 күн бұрын
Oatmeal although alkaline is a moderately high fodmap food. So serving size matters. Recommendation is to limit it to 1/4 cup. Cooked White rice is a better option that doesn’t cause gas or bloating. It is better cooked in a pressure cooker which makes it softer and more easily digestible. Also better to cook it freshly for every 4 hours as resistant starch begins to form in the rice beyond the 4 hr mark and as it cools down making it more difficult to digest easily. Heat can reduce the resistant starch but by not more than 50%. I prefer to add a little bit of water and heat it up in the microwave when it’s between the 2hr and 4 hr mark and make it piping hot to reduce the starch and consume it when it has become warm and palatable.

@venkatsunderam74272 күн бұрын
@@felicity6733 oh anything fried is a no go for GERD and LPR. Boiling and steaming is a much better option always 🙂.
