Hi Jason, Subscribed. Food for thought. Bangsaray you'd definitely need a car/bike. Maybe you've mentioned before but what is the infrastructure there? Close to hospitals, local clinics, supermarkets? The quietness is appealing. Thanks for the hard work and enjoy the race. Years ago, when I was a teenager my best friend and I rode in the back of her dad's ute (with cover, so had to lay down) to go and watch it for the weekend. Ha. Can you imagine that these days......

Hi Jason, thanks for the fun Villa video. That's a flashback, that first villa and the community is almost identical to the gated community I lived in when I stayed in Cebu. House colors were eerily familiar hahahaha. Loved that first house though. The second Villa was way too close to the neighbors, felt a little boxed in. The third one was nice but eh...You could probably hear the neighbors snoring at night. One thing I noticed is the seating at many restaurants there. It's so nice to see restaurants with real chairs, I couldn't stand the plastic chairs everywhere in the Philippines. One thing that is keeping me from visiting Vietnam is the squatter plastic seats, I mean that's an international incident waiting to happen hahaha. I miss Thailand so much, it has so much to offer. No matter where I end up staying, as long as I can connect with a TukTuk driver to help me get around, I will be golden. I am sure it will be easy to make a deal with a driver to be exclusive for my trips. I did that in the Philippines and it worked out well. The last house was massive, the yard is amazing. You are hitting it out of the park with such a wide variety of properties!

Was thinking of messaging you when I get in Pattaya mate I’m staying at soi Lengkee for 7 days when I get there on Wednesday to do all my things drivers license I’ll use frange visa for retirement visa and get my health insurance done when it comes to cars honestly I’m a commodore man so it really doesn’t bother me what the car make is as long as it’s reliable and gets me around on weekend drives that’s why I wouldn’t mind just getting your idea of what I should be looking at I’ve been looking on Facebook and Pattaya cars for sale I seen some half decent ones but again I’m not 100% sure if the make of the car is the right one I should be looking at I’ve got give or take around 10 thousand Aussie about 230000 baht mate I’m willing to gift you for your time just need to know what make of car you think I should be looking at cheers mate chat later

Hey JJ from personal experience be careful in putting any assets in your Thai wife’s name. Get a prenup or set up a company which comes with its own hassle and tax implications and does anyone know if they can prevent their thai missus from borrowing on a property you paid for thailand
