Retirees, be kind to yourself. Don’t strive for perfection in retirement. A routine will certainly improve your health but, it’s ok to break routine every once in a while. Pray daily and study God’s Word with your partner if you have one.

Thanks for this wisdom. Your views have clear some doubts on life after retirement. However, there may be occassions when the routine is shattered e.g. while in traveling, or in day long hiking etc.

Yes there are times when the routine falls apart just as you said. I’m getting better at accepting that, but I definitely feel better when I can get my morning routine in. Even parts of it.

ok so you sleep for 8 hours,, you have about 3 hours of doing something,, what do you do with the other 13 hours?? a day

Thanks for asking. We spend about 20 hours a week on our KZbin channel and coaching clients. Then we have golf, pickle ball, reading, going to the beach, cooking and dinner.
