Pretty good but I think shoulder rotation plays a role in our running stride, wouldn’t you agree? And how much should we rotate? Thanks

Agreed! If you are driving forward with your posterior chain you will have torso rotation, not just shoulder rotation.

Sir I only do bodyweight stuff like plyometrics and explosive push ups. How many sets and reps should I do if I only do bodyweight exercises? My goal is to improve power, explosiveness and build some good physique if ever. But my top priority is power and explosiveness.
