Saudis are full in world class universities around the world for those who got rejected from the local universities that 3 of them ranked in the best 500 worldwide. Oil exists in Africa, Venezuala, Iraq, and many failing states, but the Saudis have strong management that makes them happier than some European nations like Italy, and high rank Human Development index, and Quality of Life index.
