If you going through anything get therapy and get the help you need, you can’t love someone if you’re not together physically mentally and emotionally and clean this a clear your soul in your mind if you’re a hoarder is depression and you really need to talk to somebody and it’s always goodto talk to somebody if you can’t talk to your family reach out to somebody

The information she gave was interesting and I’m sure we all heard this before. But my response to the information she has given will be. Is there a cure for mental health? Is there a cure for going through traumatic circumstances because I found that after people do all of these things people are still sick People go to therapy but still leave their therapy session sick. I think that people need to focus on the root of the problem. No one seems to know the root of mental illness. Where does it come from? I know science says that it has to do with the brain, but is that a true fact? I can answer that question…NO. Mental illness causes emotional illness. Doing things will not make you feel better long-term. It is a short-term fix. I suggest that we find the root of the illness so when we take care of ourselves, we’re not doing it to make ourselves feel better. We don’t have to come up with all these strategies to feel better if people find the root of their problem, they can wake up every day happy with a peace of mind. and then exercising and all the other things that she suggested would be an enjoyment, not something to make us feel good or better. I don’t want to find or look for things to make me happy or to make me feel better. I want to live that lifestyle every day,and whatever else I do it will be for pleasure and enjoyment. I am complete with happiness and peace and everything that falls under that umbrella. I don’t look for things or people to make me happy or to make me feel better. And I hope you all find the same happiness and peace.!
