HBK vs Rock would of been awesome, as far as the "career ending injury" I find it sus, especially since he knew Austin was being pushed to the moon. He supposedly had a back career ending injury , yet he kipping up and he bouncing around like nothing happened. To be fair, the chances for a Shawn Michaels vs The Rock match were very low, regardless if Rock was willing to forgive and work with Michaels. By the time Shawn Michaels came back to the WWE in 2002, The Rock was appearing less and was in a feud with Brock Lesnar until Summerslam. By 2003, he came back to feud with Hulk Hogan and Steve Austin one last time before ending his time with the company by taking on Goldberg at Blacklash. During this time, Shawn was having feuds with Chris Jericho and Triple H. The Rock would came back for WrestleMania 20 in 2004 but that was the last we would see of him until his return in 2011, close to year after Shawn Michaels retired.
