Two of my aunties took the revenge route. They both planned it such that the birth certificates of the children 'accidentally ' got lost. It took time but when the new birth certificates were remade, their husbands were no longer listed as parents. Armed with the new birth certificates, one left one morning to drop the children to school, and resurfaced 4 days later in Norway. The other left to take the kids to a birthday party and called 48 hours later from Holland. Both women had stayed for roughly a year quietly as their men openly cheated. Turns out they were making major moves to move abroad with the children permanently. In the end both my uncles never recovered and literally went mad to this day. The children are now all grown with their own children and even when they visit Kenya, they don't seek out their fathers

Thanks Benja & Mwikali for great teaching. May I add that it is not just about a man cheating. It includes when he starts treating the wife as a non-entity. Disregarding her and treating her like she is a 3rd rate member of this union. She will fight it out in the beginning, throw tantrums, etc. Then she goes quiet and seems to agree with everything. Calm and collected. No arguments, no complaints, no dissenting opinions, says yes, to everything or simply has no comment - yet she is not moody or agitated. When this happens, be very afraid! You have lost her completely. To her, you are now just another human being - deserving courtesy but that is all. You have no place in her heart! Nothing special about you. Worse still, she might start seeing you as an irritation in her life. She might just one exit to save herself from the irritant.

Is this a sign God? I have been leaving my partner for close to a year now. I no longer care if he is coming, going or gone. All I want in this life is peace of mind and a fat bank account. I have mastered the art of avoidance to the extent that I make sure he has everything he needs so that I limit interactions with him. He is a great and responsible father to his children but I am done with the disrespect and and all the lies. I requested him that we get valuers then lawyers to handle our properties and he gladly agreed. That will be my deciding factor. When we both know what each other is worth. One thing I will never deny him is the right to be in his children's lives. I will respect that to the end.

Currently in such a situation. I talked to him about his cheating, he said it was complaining. His cheating, got me feeling numb. Now planning on going to work abroad and I'm definitely not planning on telling him. I had such type of a man ,,and he was never ready for a talk but torture me emotionally,he is the one who moved in because we had a child together,,when i was done i think i was mad on myself ,,i could do anything to irritate him,i could call my friends at night and make fun with them and even ask them if they can find for me a man and this was to scare him i just wanted him out,i remember me taking a photo with only my panty and bra and posted on my whatsapp status for only him to view at night and once he viewed i deleted it and i think it scared him but it also made me find out later that he was also cheating with a friend i rescued and stayed with in my house ....but finally he was out and i got peace until today i dont even remember if he ever existed in my life....this men can make you mad....i thank God he went and if he thinks of coming back my friend come if you want death for sure .....
