I’m trying to design my chicken coop but include a space to raise worms and baby chicks out of the incubator at the same time, do think there would be a problem with co- habitation for a few weeks? The chicks would be in a brooder cage so no way for them to get to the worms.

If the temperature is to warm the worms could die.
