Divine, heart over flowing with love for cute little Krishna and for His mischievous things. Krishna is master in communication, how confidently He is saying lies to mother. At the same presenting His innocence, that mother may hit me today and trembling. Out of fear, actually He is lying. This leela enacts how God trembles in front of devotee and How He doesn't want any manifestation of His powers to come between His devotee and Him. He wants only love. God is hunger for love. Love is God and God is love.

The Supreme Lord Shri Krishna is Supreme in every respect: His love is supreme and His mischief is also supreme. Generally, the Lord is worshiped by the devotees in a reverential attitude, but the Lord is meticulously pleased when the devotee, out of pure affection and love, considers the Lord to be less important than himself. Here He displayed a unique picture of subordination before His mother, Yashoda. Seeing the rope in the hands of mother Yashoda, the Lord bowed down His head and began to weep just like a child, and tears rolled down His cheeks, washing off the black ointment smeared about His beautiful eyes. भीरपि यद्विभेति - He is the Lord whom even the fear personified is afraid of. Here, under the sway of pure love, He is experiencing fear seeing the stick in His mother's hand.🙏🙏🙏

I learned about God's highest quality is not bhakta vatsal ( love his devotees) but bhakt vashya( enslaved by devotees love). So grateful to you swamiji for this series. Lord Krishna's childhood pastimes are extremely endearing to His devotees which form the basis of devotion even today after thousands of years of His descension on the earth planet. One of the famous mischievous pastimes of child Krishna is eating mud. When mother asks Him to open His mouth, Krishna is trembling thinking of the stick in His mother Yashoda's hands. His servant Aishwarya shakti saves Him by showing the cosmic form of God, the infinite universes in His mouth instead of mud to mother Yashoda. Krishna has such loving sentiments towards His devotees that He becomes their slave, enslaved by their pure, selfless devotion! Such is the power of selfless bhakti. Listening these sweeet leelas of Krishna from Swamiji is blissful.
